Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

9.2/10
Great

The room type I booked was quite spacious, though the decor felt a bit dated. The direct sea view from the room was nice. I tried both the breakfast and dinner buffets; there was a good variety of dishes, but the taste was just average. A great perk was the free access to the Etihad Towers observation deck, offering panoramic views of the Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace and the coastline.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day. After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and check-in was quick. The location is convenient, quiet, and well soundproofed, offering great value for money. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would choose to stay here again. This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with no strange odors or clutter. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, and the facilities were complete and functional. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu, especially the amenities—we loved and appreciated every moment of it. The staff were very accommodating and made our experience even more special by upgrading our stay to an Executive Suite. 😍

Excellent hotel! Super convenient location, very close to the bus terminal, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport. It's also centrally located between several popular tourist attractions, which is perfect for a relaxed trip. The service was top-notch too.

The front desk is tiny, and so is the lobby. The Starbucks in the lobby is actually bigger than the front desk. I had to wait for a room inspection before checking out, which is something I haven't experienced in many years. The bathroom is really old-fashioned. The hairdryer and magnifying mirror are installed incredibly high – you'd need to be at least 180cm tall to use them comfortably. And to top it off, there were mosquitoes at night! I barely got any sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Villaggio Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. Staff members are very polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping everything tidy. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to stay—highly recommended for both short and long visits.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally, the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet, didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding, the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean, the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice, just go to the basement you will see your car, that was very strange however I continued to do that, that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.
