"The room was generally okay, but it took a long time for the hot water to come on, and the TV didn't work. There were no disposable slippers or toiletries, so I just had to make do for the night."
"This is a decent hotel which deserves a 3.75 star rating. The location is great ... about 10 minutes to metro or bus station. The hotel is a little run down but adequate for most people's needs. All staff was very helpful and promptly attended to my needs. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance."
"Pros:
1. Located right next to the Internet City metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get to directly from the airport by metro.
2. The suite was very spacious and comfortable.
3. Within walking distance to a supermarket, so daily necessities are not an issue.
Cons:
1. The facilities are a bit dated, showing the hotel's age.
2. Being on a high floor means a bit of a wait for the elevator every time."
"Breakfasts are weak.
The staff is excellent, the furniture in the kitchen is bad, falling apart, the upholstered furniture is normal, new, nice, but as a furniture maker I will say this is a common situation, especially for Dubai, but not for everyone, but fresh if the room is after renovation. But there are rooms that are run-down, old, smoke-filled, or a joke with a single bed, it is not clear who was in charge of the equipment."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The location was convenient, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality."

"I’m really grateful to this hotel for an early check-in — I arrived around 10 a.m., and they let me in right away, which was a lovely surprise after a long trip.
One of the best things here is the amazing internet connection. I work online, and since this trip was for business, I truly appreciated how stable and fast the Wi-Fi was — it worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel, even by the pool!
My room was on the 24th floor — clean, comfortable, and spacious, though not brand new, but still cozy and well maintained. It was my first time staying in an apartment with a washing machine, and I found it super convenient.
The hotel also has a well-equipped gym, a nice swimming pool, and sunbeds where you can relax or even work outside. Housekeeping came every day, restocked four bottles of water, and changed towels regularly.
Breakfasts were simple but satisfying — I always found something I liked: omelets, fresh vegetables, cheese, and delicious pancakes, which were there every morning.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and some of them even spoke Russian, which was a pleasant surprise.
The location is great — only about a 6-minute walk to the metro, though you do have to cross one road without a pedestrian crossing. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and you can also order food directly from the hotel’s menu.
💛 I’ll definitely stay here again — the price, quality, and service were absolutely worth it!"
"Very good hotel and cleanness is 💯 clean. Room is big. Location is walking distance. Near to metro (take Exit 2) to reach the hotel.plus point is small gate to get in without walking big round to get the hotel (need the room card to access). Staff all are very helpful and kind. Really appreciate the early check in especially we reached early and very much needed the rest before start exploring the country. Nearby got lots of small market which sell reasonable souvenirs (chocolate, dates and local food). There is this Pakistan eatery sell goods and nice Prata and curry. My husband and I really enjoy the foods and price is clearly state on the menu, portions also big. Almost went there to have the foods during our stay. 😄😄😄. Oh~ they also have free shuttle bus to several tourist locations which is plus point as well. Too bad we dont have time to explore this. Swimming pool with city view and they also have steam & sauna room. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻overall I really enjoy my stay here."
"Very nice apart-hotel and great location too. Not far from touristic points. Augustine, Thiry, Gonzag and Helen were here anytime to help us with so much kindness. I will recommand it !"
"1) The room was tiny, with just a narrow strip of a window.
2) Early check-in was available for 100 AED. I arrived around 5 AM, and there's a Costco in the lobby, so I grabbed a coffee and waited until a little past 9 AM to check in.
3) The hotel's facilities are quite new. There are several USB charging ports, and since I brought a multi-head USB cable, my universal travel adapter wasn't needed here.
4) There were no disposable slippers or dental kits. They provided 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel and hand soap, but I didn't use them as I brought my own travel toiletries, a quick-dry swimming towel from Decathlon, and soft, lightweight foldable slippers.
5) There was a kettle, but I brought my own travel kettle. A hairdryer was provided, but I brought my own quick-dry hair wrap.
6) The Western breakfast was filling, but the taste was just okay—neither good nor bad. Hot water was available for Lipton tea bags.
7) There's construction happening around the hotel, but it wasn't disruptive. Within a 20-minute walk, there are several good restaurants, including Chinese options.
8) The hotel is in the Barsha Heights area, not too far from Jumeirah Beach, but a bit of a distance from downtown attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. I chose this place because it was affordable, and the price matched the overall hotel quality. My UnionPay card couldn't be used at the hotel front desk, but it worked for all other expenses, including taxis."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserOverall, my stay was quite average and didn't really meet my expectations for a JW Marriott (five-star) hotel.
I had booked a sea-view room, but upon check-in, I was informed that the building housing the sea-view rooms was temporarily closed, so I couldn't get the room type I had originally booked. The hotel assigned me to another building, stating it offered the best available view. However, the actual view was significantly different from the sea view shown on the booking page. What was particularly disappointing was that there was no prior notification, nor was any compensation or upgrade offered throughout the process.
During my stay, I called the front desk to inquire about a late check-out. The first call was disconnected almost immediately after being answered—I'm not sure if it was an accidental hang-up or another reason—and I only managed to communicate successfully after calling a second time.
Additionally, I noticed some red marks on my leg, possibly insect bites, during my stay. While I can't definitively link it to the hotel, I'd still recommend that the hotel enhance its pest control measures in the rooms.
As for breakfast, the overall quality was decent, but the variety was quite ordinary, and there's definitely room for improvement compared to other five-star hotels of the same caliber.
During this Dubai trip, I also stayed at The St. Regis and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. In comparison, this hotel has room for improvement in terms of service details, overall stay experience, and honoring booked room types. I hope the hotel can further enhance its service quality in the future.
GGuest UserThere are many choices for breakfast, the service is very good, there is a beach and a swimming pool, and the hotel also has several restaurants. It's about 20 minutes away from the city. I will come again next time, it's great!
GGuest UserI stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.
GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!
BBenpaodexiaozongxiongI was given a room on the 3rd floor, which was too low and disappointing! I saw that others who booked the same room type before were given higher floors. When I asked the front desk staff during check-in, they said the highest they could give was the 3rd floor. I wonder if I was treated differently! The suite itself was quite spacious. A big shout-out to the restaurant staff, their service was attentive and their attitude was excellent, even though the breakfast selection wasn't extensive.
AAnonymous UserAbsolutely 100% recommended. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, food was great, and most of all - all stuff was so friendly and helpful to the point we became friends and missed each other when we left. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Dubai Marina beach. We are honestly so glad with our stay and we definitely going next time at the same hotel as well.
EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.
MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.
GGuest UserHotel is very nice and the price is not super expensive. The location is not very ideal and the connections to other places is not that easy especially at peak hours. Most empty taxies were booked and refused to drive.
GGuest UserUnfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
