A special mention goes to the chef and the culinary team—every meal was delicious, and their attention to detail really stood out. They were always willing to accommodate requests and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism throughout my visit. "Overall, I was very satisfied with my two-night stay. I drove here, and the parking lot was free. I carried my luggage up myself; perhaps if I had parked at the front desk, there might have been a luggage service? I didn't try, so I don't know. 1️⃣ The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was very new and clean. I didn't find any hygiene issues in my room. 2️⃣ I recommend bringing your own showerhead to replace the hotel's; I felt the water pressure was insufficient and not comfortable for showering. The light above the bathroom sink was broken, making it a bit dim, but I didn't think it was a major problem. 3️⃣ Soundproofing probably depends on the location. We were right by the pool, so the singing and dancing at night were quite loud. Overall, good review. We didn't encounter any major problems and slept very well."

The pool area was good and well-maintained, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday season, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the facilities. Another downside was that basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. When we requested them, the staff informed us that they were available only at an extra charge, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was average not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and room comfort."

"The pool area was very comfortable and perfect for a vacation. However, on the day we checked in, we were given the wrong room type – not the one with a bathtub as requested through Ctrip. The next day, we discovered the air conditioning was broken, and to our surprise, it wasn't fixed all day. We had to wait until the evening for repairs, and then an additional hour for it to actually be fixed. It was a lot of hassle."

"Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience."

"After landing in Dubai, we took a private car to Abu Dhabi. First, we visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, then the Presidential Palace, and finally returned to our pre-selected hotel. I wanted to experience the Ritz-Carlton, and surprisingly, it was right opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! This allowed us to take another evening stroll to admire the Grand Mosque's night view later in our stay – it was so convenient and enjoyable. The Ritz-Carlton resort hotel has a spacious and grand lobby. My driver and I aren't fluent in English, but we managed to check in smoothly. Our room was on a good floor, cozy, with a sea-view balcony. The bed was dry and comfortable, and the turndown service was excellent; everything was just right. The restaurant service was also very attentive; after being shown to our table, they asked what coffee we'd like and brought it over promptly. The food selection was extensive, and the ingredients were high-quality. On a nice day, the outdoor dining area is a must-choose spot for comfortable sun and sea views, which was a key factor in selecting this hotel. The staff at the Arabic specialty counter were also incredibly lovely and enthusiastic. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this place for a peaceful and leisurely holiday."

"The club lounge female staff is very friendly and heartwarming. She provided me such a big plate of sandwiches and sweets. On the other hand, the staff for breakfast in Ginger should be more motivated and considerate. Location is a big disadvantage. If you want to go to the mosque by taxi, you have to pay 20AED even though it is so near coz of detour. The cleaning is quite thorough, which is a big plus."
