Free parking - lie.Had to pay £14 quarter mile away. Unwelcoming reception behind screen. Struggled to get key card to work (twice). Terrible noise from sirens (hospital nearby). Wont use hotel or trip.com again. Review system is very awkward.

We are not happy with this hotel. Firstly, the hotel room has no air-conditioner, and unfortunately there is a heat wave. We are impossible to sleep. And there is no hair dryer in the room. You have to go down the reception to borrow it, and... they ran out of hair dryer. Of course you could open the window but there are flies coming in... even bees. What an experience.

Great location. Room was small and basic, but had everything needed for a quick stay. Location is ideal for visiting the city. Staff were really helpful.

Near the main centre of the city and train station just a short walk away. Tesco round the corner for drinks etc so very well situated for that too. Rooms tidy if basic, and beds comfy. Would recommend it.
