"The resort boasts an excellent location, just under a ten-minute walk to the lake. The rooms were warm and spotlessly clean, and it's very convenient for guests arriving by car. If you're into stargazing, I recommend scouting out a good spot nearby during the day – on a clear night, you'll be treated to an absolutely breathtaking display of stars!"

"Great location, right beside the lake. We weren’t aware that toilet, shower and kitchen is all shared. Cabin is super tiny that is hard to do anything else inside. We didn’t sleep that well and it was not convenient that you have to go outside for toilets in the middle of night. The campsite is nice, but with the amount of people and campvan, the utilities seem to be overloaded."

"Overall, we were very satisfied with the facility, such as clean, modern structure and enough equipment. The view and vibe around the neighborhood was also great. However, we were not able to find any refills for hand soap and dish detergent (also missing paper towels and less toilet paper than needed), so we were at trouble managing to make use of them. Despite of that, I would recommend this place for the quality and pricing."

"This was by far the best place I stayed at while traveling through New Zealand, even though there wasn’t anyone there to check us in. The process was still incredibly easy—getting the check-in information emailed to me was simple and straightforward. When I arrived, the room was clean, modern, and cozy, and they even left us a small gift since it was Christmas Eve. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The unit also had laundry facilities, which was a huge bonus after living out of our suitcases for over a week. I would definitely stay here again—it had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home."

"Found this place at the very last minute, and it exceeded our expectations! My family and I loved this place - good location (walking distance to Lake Tekapo etc.), super friendly staff, sparkly clean units (we stayed at both Unit 4 & 5 - 4 nights stay in total!) and all stated amenities were provided as well! The only thing to be improved was probably the wifi connection at Unit 5 (slightly weak as compared to Unit 4) and the master room door at unit 5 had loud squeaking sounds when you open/close the door. Other than that, it was such a lovely stay at Skyblue Tekapo! I would definitely come back here to stay if I ever go to Lake Tekapo again. Thank you for having us Wince! "Like the location of being just few mins away from the shops and the church. Easy to find but better arrive before it gets dark to find the exact unit number. Enjoyed cooking and the laundry with the necessities. WiFi, Netflex all good but local tv doesn’t seem to work. Probably need to try harder to figure it out. Like the shower, water is hot and with good pressure. Electric blankets also available for the bed. Need to be clear of how to do the rubbish recycle though and reserve enough time before the check out to do all the dishes."

"Very satisfied! ! ❤️ Before I checked in, I received email messages with pictures and texts, which left me with a deep impression of the surrounding environment. I received the check-in procedures one day ago😁😁 After arriving, we followed the instructions to get the key and enter. It felt like home, and the layout was exquisite and comfortable. There are 4 units here. The family in the big unit arrived earlier than us. Then another couple of friends came to live in another unit. We were not lonely at all. I pay more attention to the bathroom. The bathroom is very clean. There are also heating lights here. It is very warm when taking a shower. The water power is also good. Great 👍👍👍 Not far from Lake Tekapo, it takes only a few minutes to drive to the center and Shepherd's Church. This attraction really makes people feel relaxed and happy. The only thing is that the pillows are not suitable. The bedding is very comfortable, but I prefer soft pillows. The 4 pillows on the bed are very high and hard. It would be better if two soft and two hard pillows could be arranged. 😅😅"
