Keep Driving. By far the worst hotel in Marriott’s chain of hotels. Dirty. two tvs in the suite and both were dark blue and unwatchable. Glass shower doors broke years ago and now there’s a nasty shower curtain. Mud on the walls. Had to wear shoes because the carpet was dirty and Ac didn’t work and kept us up most of the night. Other than that spend a lot less and stay in a park or just keep driving.

When you come to expect the Marriott quality anything less is a critical problem. I will say the staff were excellent, the indoor pool was warm, and the exercise room was pretty good. The little things like toilets that don’t flush correctly just put a crimp in my style. There were other little things that took their toll as well.

If you have a reservation here CANCEL it and run the other way. This place was awful. We discovered shortly after arriving that the painting on the wall was covered in mold! Told the front desk, they came down to remove the painting. There was then mold all over the wall behind. She did bring cleaner to clean the wall but there was still evidence of mold. We then discovered holes drilled in to the ceiling that appeared to be drainage holes for a roof leak as well as mold all over the window and the bathroom. We asked that she have the manager contact us and here we are a week later and still haven't heard anything. The smoke detector was falling off of the wall, the shower head was coming down, it was all bad! Disgusting hotel! Do not stay here!

We had an unplanned stop here because we got a flat tire. Clean rooms, comfy bed, attentive staff, great location for travellers - tire shop across the street and right off the highway. Great complimentary breakfast and everyone that works there is so nice! Made our impromptu detour a pleasant one.

It was comfortable and clean as usual. My room was on the first floor near the pool like I asked. I had extra towels for the pool. I was very content in swimming again since Covid restrictions. The hot breakfast including coffe and cocoa was hot with various choices.

Bad customer service experience: I had points to use for my night stay, but couldn’t figure out how to do it on the app. Before checking in, I asked the front desk worker how that worked. She said she couldn’t do it/help and proceeded to take my card and check me in. Later, I called Marriot services to try getting my points applied, but they said it wasn’t possible because I had already checked in. So, don’t let this happen to you. Other than that, the (king) bed was comfy, the walls are thin, the couch is VERY hard, and the staff turned the lights of the dining area off, but restocked the eggs and sausage, but kept the lights off (maybe they let that food sit all day for the next people?). There’s my experience. Do with it what you want.
