"Registered got my keys then pulled around to the side , got my luggage out of the car and as you might figure, my key would not open the side entrance but after a moment of struggling with the door handle, another guest let me in. Went to my room and again the key didn’t work so I had to go up and get the key fixed. Inside, the room appeared neat and clean but it did have a musty smell. My husband thought the bed was very comfortable but it was a little too hard to me. Would I stay here again? Probably, my first priority is a clean room and while there were a few stains on the carpet, the room was pretty clean!"

"I was in town for a work conference. During the conference I was notified my child had fallen ill and I had to leave to return home to her. I had not checked in yet to the hotel. I called and asked due to extenuating circumstances could they refund my money and provide a cancellation. They were rude and unwilling to even do a partial refund. I booked online so I then turned to trip.com to handle it, submitted documentation of where I returned home and took my child to urgent care. The hotel was still unwilling to work with me."
