We were traveling between homes in AZ/FL on I-10 and spent one night there. There were no cups or coffee maker in the room. The door handle to the bathroom fell off and locked without purpose; then, the hair dryer fell off the wall and you could see shallow screws with no toggle to hold it in place. The batteries in the remote were dead. We called the desk three times getting no answer so I used my cell and it went to voice mail with the message the box is full. So, I walked down to the desk and the nice young man replaced the batteries and gave us cups. There is very little near by and it is in a very run down neighborhood.

Bed was fine and felt clean. Bathmat was stained or not clean. Shower was very weak. Water pressure seemed fine coming out of tub or sink faucet so I think it's just a super restrictive or clogged showerhead, but very low flow. A/C worked fine and all, not a terrific area but didn't feel unsafe.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but had obviously been smoked in with a cigarette burn on the polyester sheets.

Roaches in the rooms. Trash in the parking lot everywhere and the bed sheets had a stain on them.

The room had a strong unpleasant odor. The clerk was behind some serious security glass, making me wonder if I was in a high crime area.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't great, The there was hair in the tub, And on the toilet, And there was dead insects on the floor.

It was sufficient for us since we were passing through, but the area was questionable. The pool was a disaster. We didn't have hot water, but the helpful desk mgr told us the hot and cold controls were probably switched and, thankfully, that solved the issue.

Not bad for a motel
We were on a weekend ball trip with my daughter. It was good for one night and very clean and remodeled rooms. Outside environment was a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any issues

The bed was clean. The sheets had stains.. My notice something sticking from under the bed so we slide it back and it was so nasty under the bed. Found a straw and plastic bag someone had use for *****. . Told front desk they gave us another room same filthy under that bed just nasty. Tried to give us another room my wife showed the owner the filthy under that bed. We called to get a refund in left. That is unacceptable. They need to close it down in clean from under every bed. If anyone gets a room there check under the beds by moving them
