The hotel offers good value for money. The bed and bathroom were clean, but both very small. With a large suitcase, the room feels almost full. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Labuan Bajo, within walking distance of the harbor and main sights. However, the rooms are poorly insulated; you can clearly hear the street outside and people in the hallway. Since we stayed on the ground floor, this was quite disturbing at times.

Clean, friendly, and food was good. It is not very far from the airport. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi. There are also many restaurants nearby the hotel. So overall I would rate them very good!

this hotel is very nicely located and just a 5mins walk to the harbour. lots of cafe and places to eat around the area. only problem that there is no lift, so if you carry big luggages, you will have to carry it up or put at the lobby.

Stayed from August 28th to 30th, costing just over 300 yuan per night. The hotel's amenities can't compare to those in China; Komodo is just a small town. The hotel's advantage is its location: the front door leads directly to the pier, and the back door is on Komodo's main street. The hotel's facilities were less than satisfactory. The bed was okay, the shower was OK, and although it wasn't seawater purified, the water pressure was adequate. However, the bathroom didn't have separate wet and dry areas. I could hear the sound of the water draining from the floor above, even though I was on the first floor. The hotel's breakfast was made to order, and the quality was comparable to making your own breakfast from supermarket ingredients.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, with a great location, the window faces the lighthouse, 2 minutes away from the yacht pier, 5 minutes away from the seafood street. The service attitude is very good, the service is proactive, if necessary, you can ask them to communicate with the locals on your behalf, which will make the communication much smoother (most of the locals are very enthusiastic but poor in foreign language)!

Clean, everything is new, the water in the shower is hot and has good pressure. It was quiet on Tuesday evening. The staff tries to help with everything and are very friendly guys. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, in the evening a fish market is about 10 minutes walk away, where they will cook fish and seafood for you, the port is also within walking distance. There was no curtain in the shower, the towel is grayish. The breakfast is minimal.

The staff is friendly. It is a new B&B so it is clean and well-equipped. There is stable hot water for bathing and a handheld shower head. It is located in a busy and convenient street but has good sound insulation. It is very cost-effective!

Nice little hotel in a good location. Unfortunately, music was playing nearby every morning just before 6 a.m., making it impossible to sleep in.

I stayed in the town for one night and then went to the boat homestay. I didn't take a photo of the room. The room space is normal, the bed is big, and the window of our room on the first floor is a bit blocked, which is definitely not suitable for staying for a long time. The toilet is clean, but the facilities are also average, so it's okay. The terrace is very good, facing the lighthouse, and you can watch the sunset. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to walk back and forth. Overall, it is a good price for a temporary stay, but it is not suitable for staying for a long time.

Super friendly staff! Really tries hard! Top location. Good restaurant where you can also just order a drink and something tasty. Good breakfast. And a neat and clean hotel! Hygiene is good. In short, had a pleasant stay!

Stayed for two nights, the air conditioner was not very cold, it is better to bring your own disposable bath towel, but it was okay overall
