Accommodation not consistent with the photos. Cold swimming pool (19 degrees), unsupervised, dirty. Apartment floor full of sand... Shower that smells like mold. Shower head that drips very little (not easy to rinse…). No duvet, but instead shabby, smelly fleece blankets... Thin and very hard mattress. Lots of noise in the building Sheets not provided even though we had paid for them… Only positive point: air conditioning in the room. We do not recommend at all!! We do not recommend

En famille pour quelque jours, la chambre était pas forcément très propres, pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire. Cependant personnels souriant et aimable. Dans cette ville on est proche de tout et surtout de la mer.

We had a Nice time Big pool that was wonderfull we came for weeding, so we ask to stay 1 week more. The city is very nice, near porquerolle so that was amazing i will comme again on june again i hope to meet the same team.

Slow reception staff. We have not gotten our 100€ deposit back yet, even though we checked out one week ago. The staff needed to go control the room before we were allowed to leave. No toilet paper. Young kids working in the reception. Room needs restauration. The pillows and mattresses have some kind of plastic cover. 10 min walk to closest beach, several other nice beaches in a few kilometres drive.

Having seen some of the negative reviews I was a little nervous about coming here. I was very relieved. The pools were nice, big and clean, with a great slide. The apartment was clean, shower needs the joints redone. Air conditioning worked well. The price is correct for the space, the location, the pools etc... if you want better, you need yo pay more. Reception team excellent.

Nice surprise given the previous reviews. There are actually no balconies, but accommodation with spacious bedrooms, bathroom with double sinks, and shower where two people can fit. Small but well-equipped kitchen, with decent-sized refrigerator and dishwasher! Very friendly and smiling receptionist. Not far from the sea as a bonus. Ideal in the off season for us with very reasonable prices!

What a smell upon arrival!!! Forced to go get something to clean with bleach. Mold, dirt, smell...My God!! On the other hand, nice at the reception. Do not recommend this residence. Sorry but to run away...

Stay at the end of August. Perfect because a lot fewer people. The pool was not crowded or too noisy. Our small apartment for 4 was very functional, the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The bedding is good. A light spot was defective and a maintenance person came to change it on the day of our arrival. The hallways were clean. The residence has very large parking and its location is ideal for day trips around (le lavandou, St Tropez, Hyeres, even the surroundings of Marseille.

Well located (proximity to the beaches). But very poor accommodation for a vacation spot: 2-story buildings close to each other in an environment poor in trees and gardens (it feels like a city). Cramped and poorly arranged apartment, without balcony or terrace (you cannot dry your bathroom clothes). Average cleanliness due to careless residents (corridors regularly "flooded" by soggy bathing suits after leaving the pool). But the staff is very helpful and conscientious.

I don't understand the negative reviews of this residence. : Everything is consistent with the photos on the site: equipped apartment and swimming pool. We forget to say that there is a floodlit tennis court, a city stadium ideal for young people and summer activities for children. And we are 400m from Argentière beach. You can also store bicycles to visit the surrounding area. Just ask reception for a safe place to store them. I was told that rejuvenation work will soon be done in the corridors (the reception has already been redone) with shaded parking. Looking forward to coming back.
