Bedrooms & Bathrooms Bedroom 1 – Master: 1 King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower & bathtub Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen size bed, Private bathroom with walk in shower Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen size bed, Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower *Additional Sleep Space: Office – 2 Queen size Air Mattress and Pump, Bedding. Parking Free 4 parking spaces. 1 car in the garage, 2 cars on driveway, 1 car on street. Outdoor Feature Swimming Pool – heating upon request at extra cost. The pool is 10 feet deep in one end and 3 1/2 feet deep in another end. Jacuzzi Hot Tub Private Big Backyard with Terrace Outdoor Dining Area Cleaning Refrigerator is cleaned and disinfected. TV We have 4 smart flat screen TV, one in living room, the others are in each bedroom. We have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon apps configured, you would need to have your own password ready to use them. We don't have cable tv in the house. No Smoking: We don't allow smoking of any kind in the house. **Guests that do smoke will be charged $500 fee for clean up. No Smoking is allowed. Amenities: If you need anything extra please let me know, if it's part of the listing amenities I can have it brought over like towels, or blankets. We have shampoo, body wash and hand soap ready for you, please make sure you are not allergic to these products before you use them. Guests Anyone coming whether visiting or spending the night needs to be added to the reservation. Maximum of 8 adults. Guest Access Entire house -- Except the white fence door in the backyard that leads to the hillside (pool maintenance professional use and gardener use only) Self Check In We have electric lock on the front door and the code will send to you through check in instructions. Check in instructions will be sent to you as soon as the property is ready on check in day. Weekly Routine Maintenance: All the maintenance work is preformed outside the house.
