"When arriving at the hotel, the trip did not receive payment, it took a long time to contact the staff. Finally, I received the payment and refunded the refund the next day. I'm sorry and wasted a lot of time. The hotel does not provide assistance to contact the staff at all. Hardly help anything, reception has no service. mind and slow work."

"The hotel in the Paris suburb of St Denis area is a bit complicated because there are many people selling illegal cigarettes at the Metro gates. But in return, the room is quite spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious with many options. Traveling by Metro is not very far. For the money I spent, I feel quite satisfied. As for security, it's not a big problem. Because of the complex Paris principle, we have to be even more careful about stealing. Paris also rarely has violent attacks, so that's somewhat reassuring. Basically, you get what you pay for."

"It's a great place to stay generally! However, during my booking it was stated that I will pay £4:10 City tax, but the receptionist mandated me to buy £15, I refused, explaining that I will only pay £4:10 as stated in my email, he delayed me for 3hours.
So please stop any form of hidden charge. Because the embarrassment was too much. Thanks."
