The hotel is located not near the main street and expect to do some walking. The room is very small and with a table right at the middle which obstruct the space further and can't open the door. The breakfast is normal and operated by group of Chinese peoples.

The room is spacious and bright. We upgraded to a quadruple room during the off-season. The soundproofing was a little poor. There was a buffet breakfast with rich and delicious dishes. The service staff was friendly and could speak Chinese.

We came in summer, and there are fewer tourists than in winter. We were driving by ourselves, so we drove to the supermarket in Kutchan to buy dinner and brought it back to the hotel. It was OK to cook it ourselves. The breakfast was rich and filling, and the price was really favorable (we were 2 adults and 2 children).

The room is a comfortable size for 4 adults. But you have to take turns unpacking your bags. The location is ok. There are restaurants within walking distance near the accommodation. And then there's the hotel's shabu and grill buffet, a bit Chinese in style. (The hotel offers discounts.) There should be a Chinese person in charge. When checking in, it's a bit confusing because it's a self check-in. In front of the hotel is a staircase. You have to walk down from the road about 5-6 up.

We spent 2 nights here in December to ski for the day at Niseko. The hotel worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults. There was enough room to spread out and socialize as well. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast served right across the road at the sister hotel. We appreciated the free shuttle run up to the gondolas. We felt the rates were reasonable given that it was high season. The only thing to be aware of, if you don't have a car, it's a long hike up the hill to the bars/restaurants - and trying to navigate the snow/ice with suitcases in tow was quite a comedy show. We would happily stay here again if we were lucky enough to come to Niseko.
