Good location in the city center. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The room is relatively small, with twin beds, Hilton Express, two people in one room, a bit crowded, average hygiene, did not have breakfast in it, there are many restaurants and bars around at night, and there is a place to eat breakfast opposite in the morning. The whole wheat bread in the breakfast shop opposite is impressive

City center, 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian quarter and only because of the traffic lights, there are shops, kebab shops, cafes all around, Migros in the same building. There are two blocks of bus stations nearby: since the bus station is outside the city, you can buy intercity tickets (we went to the ancient city of Aizanoi and Afyon, then went to Ankara) right here. The staff's English is not good, but they are very helpful and very nice. The room is spacious, very comfortable bed, enough pillows. A kettle, tea leaves, a safe, a refrigerator, an iron and, apparently, even an ironing board in the closet (I don’t iron, so I don’t pay attention). The room is very warm, there are no restrictions on hot water (well, for such a price tag). Cosmetics in the bathroom Crabtree & Evelyn. Breakfast from 7 in the lobby, good choice, everything delicious. But they are not good at clearing the dishes from the table; I managed to build a pyramid out of them before they cleared them. Minus: the nightclub is very loud until 2 am, despite the fact that it is somewhere on the first floor, and we are on the seventh, it is VERY audible. And all three days that we lived there, the music thundered until 2 am.

The overall vibe of the hotel is business-like and corporate, with subtle nods to the region’s traditional charm through the use of beautiful Kütahya-made ceramics that are dotted around the space. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. In terms of amenities, we tested the Wi-Fi, which was impressively fast, making it ideal for business or personal needs. Other facilities such as the elevator and air conditioning functioned smoothly throughout our stay. While the hotel has a fitness center, we did not visit it and cannot comment on its condition or features. We ordered room service during our stay, which included a walnut and blue cheese salad, a fruit juice drink and wine. The salad was presented well and tasted fresh. Breakfast was a standout feature of our stay. The buffet selection was diverse, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, a variety of jams and spreads and tasty hot food options such as chips, potato croquettes and börek. Guests could also enjoy live-cooked dishes prepared by the chef adding a personalized touch - we experienced this and were made some nice food by the chef. In general, the presentation of the food options in Kütahya-made ceramics was particularly endearing and enhanced the dining experience. A special mention goes to Betül, the guest relations host, who greeted us and other guests by name. Her warmth and attentiveness made the breakfast experience especially pleasant and left a lasting positive impression. While the breakfast and room comfort were highlights, the overall experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Kütahya felt average compared to other Hilton locations. The lack of an exceptional welcome or standout moments during check-in was noticeable. However, Betül's exceptional hospitality, the use of local ceramics, and the quality of the breakfast offerings are worth appreciating. Final Score: 3/5

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kütahya recently.Restaurant team was great, but there was no bellboy at the entrance on arrival during night.I carried on my own.The was rich and delicious and the cook was great.I also bought some nice stuff, like plates from the hotel.Hotel location was good and personnel very friendly in general. The lady at the reception was not smiling face, and also tough.Thank you for the excellent stay.

We had a reservation using points and then broke down in Isparta. They were so kind to allow us to cancel at the last minute and move the reservation to Isparta. Normally I wouldn't have expected this level of help. It took a little while on the phone too and they were excellent to work with. I have stayed here every year and it is a great hotel. Hopefully car will make it next year.

Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya is a gem! The rooms are huge and spotless clean. The staff couldn't be more attentive and welcoming. Restaurant's chef definitely deserves two thumbs up 👍👍 Quality of service is just excellent

Friendly staff Good quality food Neat and clean This ideal location near to food, public transport and shops. Beside this shift manager was very helpful and she helped us in finding shops, resolving issues

Visiting traditional sites, such as old quarters, kale etc ,it’s nice to be back in a modern , functional hotel room. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. I was amazed and grateful how they arranged an excellent car driver to go to Azianoi, which is a great place for lovers of ancient history. Nice view from a room. Good breakfast also. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. I especially loved Mr. Yücel's care and attention at the reception. When the name Hilton is mentioned, Yücel Bey's interest and concern come to my mind. Dinner was also great. The cleanliness, the care, the meat being like cotton 😍

While researching a hotel in Kütahya, we trusted and chose the Hilton brand and we were very pleased. Its location is right in the center and it has a large indoor car park. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. The staff is friendly and sympathetic.

It is absolutely wonderful, the best in Kütahya and all the staff are professional. Mr. Özgür, who cleaned the room, is very naive. Thank you for this nice experience. The hotel is clean, the breakfast and food are very good, the location is central and easy to reach. Choose safe and clean with peace of mind.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Kutahya, a Turkish city of around 500,000 inhabitants. Very nice Hilton hotel, excellent restaurant. The cozy rooms. All good this visit, it's the fourth time we've stayed here.

I killed Centipede in the room. My room smelled like toilet. I opened the window, closed the toilet door and went to bed. The staff and management were very interested in the matter. The staff was friendly and nice. I think the city's standards are low. A hotel below the expectations from its name. Breakfast is average.
