Breezes Beach Club and Spa

Fantastic stay! The best customer service we’ve ever experienced—every staff member, from housekeeping to management, treated us like friends. The property was spotless, our room was spacious with a huge closet (perfect for keeping luggage out of the way), and the food—even the buffet nights—was far superior to anything we’ve had elsewhere. Evening entertainment was such a fun surprise. Truly a 5-star experience!

Our stay at Breezes, Zanzibar, was truly outstanding. The hotel is set in stunning grounds alongside a quiet beach. The staff here were delightful and always made us smile. In particular, Brayson and Dorah, took wonderful care of our family and made my family feel so welcome. The service, food and accommodation here was terrific. I must mention the Rising Sun Diving centre too.... also based in the hotel. Asante Sana guys!!! We did a few dives with Lorenzo, Ash & Emily who were brilliant and made it all so much fun. All in all an awesome trip and we'll be back soon I hope!

Stayed at Breezes after our 7 day safari. It was bliss. Set in beautiful gardens, our suite was superb. Big comfy bed and the added bonus of an ocean view and everything always, spotlessly clean. The staff could not be more kind and welcoming and always greeted us with 'jambo jambo' and big smiles. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and lots to choose from. The beach reef was interesting and reef walks can be arranged. Beach shoes are essential as there are lots of sea urchins. It is only possible to swim at high tide. The pool is there so this is not a big deal. We only had 4 nights here and have vowed to return for longer. A big thank you to all the lovely staff for making our stay one to remember.

I stayed here with some friends after we had completed a 10-day safari. What an amazing resort and spa. The Breezes is absolutely beautiful and the people who work there are so wonderful. We stayed for four (4) nights and we had an amazing experience. The gardens are spectacular, the beach is lovely as is the pool, the food was so, so good. I'd like to give a shout out to several of the employees: Nabir, for your wonderful service as we relaxed overlooking the beach...you have such a positive, upbeat attitude and it is contagious. Don't worry, be happy! Eunice and Sunday for your great company at the pool bar, you both were so nice and pleasant to talk to. Witness, who helped us with our bags...such a lovely young woman. Malik, from the restaurant, thank you for your patience and organization, and always providing service with such a big, beautiful smile. Dorah, our server for a couple of nights, she went above and beyond as we celebrated a wedding anniversary for two of our friends. Lucas, who helped my friend who is gluten-free, have such a wonderful dining experience. He was so great the way he took her around every meal to explain to her what was safe for her to eat. I also need to give a shout out to Dorothea, who was my masseuse for my Frangipani massage...it was 90 minutes wells spent and she did an excellent job. I can't forget Ash, who took us out snorkeling after we watched a beautiful sunrise. She was a lot of fun and we had a great time. I highly recommend Breezes for your stay in Zanzibar. I will definitely come back if I ever find myself back in Zanzibar.

The resort was excellent and all the staff were very helpful, courteous and pleasant. As we are vegetarian we found the food choice was excellent and a lot more variety and the chef was happy to cater for us. Excellent welcome and rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Beautiful in every way. The hotel is immaculate, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff and the food were 5 star. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful place to be that feels like paradise.
