El personal es muy amable, pero a la hora de las comidas es imposible estar relajado o comer tranquilo, ya que se encuentra todo el comedor plagado de avispas que son muy molestas e incluso encima de la comida por lo que no la puedes coger porque está completamente llena de avispas. Considero que deberían de gestionar mejor ese tema.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nadia, la cheffe de centre, est très accueillante, toujours souriante, d’une grande gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. Elle sait se rendre disponible pour satisfaire les clients. Un grand merci à elle pour sa bienveillance et son implication ! Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est d’une gentillesse remarquable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le cadre est très reposant et apaisant. Les repas sont variés et raffinés. Bravo aux cuisiniers qui préparent tout maison ! Je recommande à 100 %. Merci encore !

Si il y a un mot à retenir ça serait inoubliable..le cadre est apaisant , d’une propreté irréprochable.. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour satisfaire au mieux chaque client . Des serveurs, aux femmes de ménage , à la réception , aux hommes d entretien , animateurs, cuisiniers, gardiens … Merci pour tout … C’était le voyage d’une vie et il a été et restera grave à vie … La nourriture est variée , les fruits un régal . Oui il y a des coupures d eau, oui il y a des coupures d électricité mais n oublions pas que nous sommes à des milliers de km de notre « réalité »… A sante sana !

Hotel bien situé, belles plages avec la marée qui donne une vue magnifique Hotel a taille humaine, 64 logements pour notre part sans eau. Après plusieurs réclamation rien n a été fait et le monsieur de nuit a l accueil pas sympa du tout. Manue et mathis très sympas, ils font se qu ils peuvent. Petit déjeuner infecté de guêpes, peu de choses aux repas. Vol de ma pince a épiler et de mon masque capillaire.

La chambre était exquise. Le lit ferme et agréable, oreiller confortables. L'hôtel est entièrement propre, entièrement et j'insiste. Propre, neuf, plongé dans une ambiance locale, familiale, réconfortant. Avec une flore dense et superbe à voir. Il n'y a eu aucune once de négativité durant ces 12 jours à l'hôtel. La piscine est splendide (les deux mais surtout celle avec le cocotier au centre), très très propre. La gentillesse du personnel est INÉGALÉE I!!!! Jamais je n'oublierai ce séjour qui a marqué ma vie à jamais. Les Maasaï sur la plage sont adorables, respectueux, peu nombreux ce qui laisse le plaisir de se baigner à la mer de l'hôtel dont la plage reste également très propre. Nous sommes reconnaissant de savoir qu’il y a une sécurité qui surveille nuit et jour que personne n’accède à l’hôtel par effraction depuis la plage d’ailleurs. La marée est superbe à voir. Merci à MAYA, pensée particulière à Jocker et à sa joie de vivre, Charles, tout le personnel de cuisine (dont la cuisine était excellente, pas chargée, pas de gaspillage) Mille mercis Thomas et Caroline Juin 2025
