The staff is very earnest and helped with the luggage and all. They just recently renovated their room with brand new air con unit and new smart lighting with remote and while the exterior may not look dashing, it is very clean and comfortable inside the room. The shared bathroom is clean and often empty as well as they have a few of them.

We called the hotel before booking the hotel to make sure parking was available but the receptionist who answered was very rude and transferred our call to someone else without forwarding our enquiry. The hotel was not clean and it didn't seem like they had any staff who goes around and check every now and then. No toilet or shower in the room. The handwash basin in the room was also not working so we had to go wash in the public areas where the water was freezing. The price of the hotel upon booking was also too high and did not meet our expectations. The only good points were extra duvets and futon and the location was in the center close to shops.

It is located about a 3-minute walk from Kusatsu Bus Terminal, so it is very accessible. The facilities are quite old and it is hard to say that they are clean, but it is a good value accommodation where you can enjoy a tatami room, kotatsu, and hot spring for around 50,000 won per person. The staff were all very kind. I had a good stay!

It's been a long time. I've really stayed at many ryokans and hotels, but this one is really really old. The bathroom and washroom are outside and shared. Seriously, if possible, pay more and go to a good place.

The hotel is located right next to the bus terminal to take us to Kusatsu. Very nice home. We slept on futon beds that we prepared ourselves. Shared bathroom and toilet. No hot water at the taps but the onsen replaces them 😋

An average B&B but very comfortable to stay in

房間很大 四個人住也可以。 只是洗手間要和別人共用，而且入邊冇電梯要行樓梯，房入邊都冇冷氣，如果夏天嚟嘅話就會好熱。
