Very spacious Japanese style rooms with very good breakfast and dinner buffets (dinner highlight was shabu shabu). Also very good Onsen bath with small outdoor ‘rotenburo’. A little bit of a walk to the tram station but the hotel will arrange a car to ferry you. Overall a very positive impression for a first time Route Inn chain guest.

It was a very nice hotel. The Western-style room was spacious and clean, and the bath, both the changing room and the washing area, were spacious and clean, making it a very pleasant experience. It was raining, so I got wet before entering the open-air bath, but it wasn't a cold season, so it wasn't a problem. I was looking forward to the free beer, soft drinks, and ice cream after the bath, as it was listed on the website, and I was also happy to find that the evening meal buffet also included free drinks, including alcohol, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was really nice that there was little waiting time for the elevators, and free drinks were always available on the lobby floor, making everything pleasant to use.

Although it was a buffet, there was also an all-you-can-drink alcohol menu and plenty of other services, such as a beer after a bath. It was a hotel that made me want to go back again. The staff were all polite and there was no unpleasant behavior at all. I was very satisfied!

The Japanese-style room is spacious and comfortable, with a great small living room and a large balcony with a wide view and beautiful scenery.

The quality of service, food, rooms, hot springs, etc. is very good. We had a pleasant holiday. The small train nearby is also highly recommended and is a good experience.

The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Unazuki Station, and the hotel has a shuttle, which is very convenient. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, and the food and drinks are very rich.
