Excellent service and meal set. The onsen in our room gave us great experience. It is a very classy and traditional onsen hotel. The public onsen is excellent!

服務挺好的，每天在黑部新幹線站都有接送車，就算是自己坐電車來的，在宇奈月温泉站也有接送車，雖然走走也就幾分鐘的路程，温泉沒有私湯，衹有男女交替的兩個露天風呂和室內風呂，餐飲就一般吧，但在這山裡街上也不容易找到飯店，衹能將就下了。

服務非常好，由於我們沒有按酒店班次，我們人多行李多，酒店特別派車來接，回程時因下雨，為了讓我們趕上列車，又特別派車送。温馨服務特別感謝！房間開窗有山有水風景特好。洗舒用品多很高級，房間乾淨整潔，飯菜可口，下次還會來。
