The hotel service is excellent. The hotel allows us to park our car for few hours although we have checked out. There is a shuttle bus service from the hotel to the train station. Room was cleaned too.

The booking didn't tell there is no shower room in the room. Breakfast was not made known is only bento. We wanted to upgrade the breakfast but was rejected too. Overall not a good experience for the kids too

宇奈月温泉街の最奥地に位置する黒部ホテルは，歴史があり，非常に趣のある旅館でした。部屋の鍵など，ところどころ古さを感じる部分がありましたが，それも旅館の趣であるでしょう。また，食事やお風呂も豪華でまさしく非日常を感じられました。
