和父母一起旅遊，特意找了這家酒店，百年古宅，體驗一下。特別感謝費姓小哥，我們到達周莊已經晚上8點多了，在停車場等我們並幫助搬行李，介紹景區特色。今天退房的時候還幫我們拿行李到停車場，特別熱情，特別暖心。酒店早餐也很豐盛。如果有機會再來周莊，還會選擇貞豐堂的。

The hotel is located in a beautiful old mansion — a stunning place that is worth visiting in itself. The staff were extremely helpful: they met us at the parking area and even at the city gate to help with our luggage and guide us to the hotel, and they did the same when we left.
The location is excellent, right in the middle of the touristic part of town, making it very convenient for exploring.
At the moment, the hotel provides vouchers for breakfast in a nearby restaurant. We did not try it, so I cannot comment on the quality.

房間不隔音，很吵，外面説話聲聽的清清楚楚。空調聲音很大，設施老舊，到處污漬。電視壞的，根本看不了。修了半天也不行，服務員直接跑掉了。衞生間到處都是裂的，壞的。水龍頭硅膠都開裂了，晃來晃去也在用。提供的網絡根本連不上。服務員搞了半天，換了好幾個其它的才連上。這配置和服務根本配不上它的房價。

隔音特別差，一般卧室會挨着隔壁衞生間，入住期間，隔壁晚上給孩子洗澡罵罵咧咧聽的清清楚楚，然後隔壁開了一晚上衞生間抽風，導致根本無法睡覺……算了，樓是老，設施確實不行

臨時決定去周莊玩 查了評價後當天訂的，就在周莊裡，服務人員好像看不太到訊息☹️便自己和男友走了進來 位置很好找 從大門口直走第一個路口左轉過橋就到了，房間非常大 完整民國時期風格 還保留了當時傢俱，聽說是百年建築🏘️感覺舊宅主人是當地望族，走廊也超大，浴缸附有一次性泡澡袋🛁✨早餐超級好吃😋退房時贈送了當地名產 （我的項鍊忘記拿了 真的謝謝服務人員第一時間通知並拿到大門口給我們 不用再付一次門票錢 人品超棒👍🏻項鍊不便宜的🥹

房間非常棒，酒店內陳設文藝雅緻，酒店服務也非常好，到停車場接送搬運行李，代幫忙把大件行李送到快遞點，還有非常豐盛的早餐，位置也非常好對面是三毛書店茶樓，既在景區內又沒有喧囂鬧市衹有雅緻古樸，服務也特別好，非常好的入住體驗！
