前台工作人員服務熱情周到，去的時候帥哥到停車場接我們去酒店，走的時候送我們去停車場，來回幫着拉行李箱，感動！
古香古色的建築，現代舒適的用品，房間乾淨整潔，驚喜！

酒店是家百年建築改裝而成，古色古香，衞生環境很好，設施很新，沒有異味。前台服務一流超級棒，來之前特意電話聯繫微信指導最近的入景區下車點，然後服務員來接並幫忙拉行李箱。走的時候又親自幫忙提行李送到方便乘車的出口處，還贈送了伴手禮，好温馨。超級滿意的一次入住，再次感謝前台的小哥小妹！

酒店應該周莊景區內唯一一家非私營民宿，服務一流超級棒，來之前特意電話聯繫微信指導最近的入景區下車點，然後服務員來接。走的時候又親自幫忙提行李送到方便乘車的出口處。酒店是家百年建築，維護的相當好，房間內也都是古香古色的設計兼容現代化元素（戴森的吹風機，科勒的洗浴）
設施），前台美女，還熱心幫忙拍照打卡，留下酒店處處的古風元素，非常非常完美的旅程

酒店離景區大門還有一段距離，中間有石子路和橋，如果帶的行李比較多的話，會不太好走。衞生也有待改進，電吹風上有之前客人的頭髮。

酒店是一個古代的宅子改裝的，古色古香，還是文保建築。
衞生環境很好，設施很新，沒有異味。
前台服務態度很好，會主動問好送水，退房時還主動送了小禮品，下次來周莊還會定這裏的！
