Had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. Very secluded so restricted to in-house food. We did plan on going to the buffet dinner but it was very busy and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room service food.
Ruby checked us in and was warm, welcoming and able to answer all of our queries.
It was too hot to go kayaking but the novelty of the go-karts on a basketball/tennis court was nice.
Would visit again for a relaxed night away.

Love this Hotel. Discovered it during Covid, when we were not allowed to leave Suzhou!
Hospitality is top.
The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days.
The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there!
There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them!

孩子们喜欢外面的游泳池，这是我们每年暑假都会住Fairmont几天的主要原因。
室内游乐场对我来说太小，太热，但是，免费的，我6-10岁的孩子们还是在那可以玩几个小时！
有一个小农场，射箭，卡丁车，但我们只去了一次，有点贵，外面的游泳池就足够了！

酒店就在陽澄湖濕地公園裡麪，有一大片都是他們家的，可以在湖邊騎自行車，散步，搭帳篷，還看到有人綁了吊牀，在湖邊的樹蔭下，吹着春風，看着湖景，真的太舒服了，還有一個康樂中心，可以划船，開卡丁車，真的是非常豐富了，感覺住一天不夠，加上週邊陽澄湖的一些景點走走逛逛，兩天才夠，酒店作為老牌五星，裝修雖然算不上新潮，但絕對是老錢風，豪華的水晶燈，景觀電梯，設施齊全， 停車場充電樁充足，而且我家娃説，這個電視打開就能看，好評一百分，😂，五一親子活動很多，可以做口紅，漆扇，可以根據自己的愛好帶着孩子體驗，環境很棒，在前台付了升級費用到了湖景房，物超所值，景色沒的説，房間床品乾淨，酒廊經理Sammi 服務貼心，還提醒我們到點來看日落，真的是太棒了，下次還會再來

費爾蒙酒店🏨，不愧是老牌奢華酒店，這次的入住體驗，讓我覺得去“陽澄湖”度假⛱️，去入住“費爾蒙”非常值得～～。 在我預訂酒店後不久，酒店值班經理Sammi就打來電話，詢問入住時間並提供酒店周邊的詳細訊息，讓我一開始就感覺非常親切，入住後還為我們升級到了湖景房，辦理了提前入住、延遲退房……誠意滿滿～～ 酒店的位置得天獨厚，面對陽澄湖，可以欣賞“日落🌄”，“夕露園”也非常值得走走逛逛，“康樂俱樂部”簡直就是小童們的樂園，總之，下次有機會還會來入住，點贊👍……
