Checked in at 22:00 Hrs. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. When I went to check in, the receptionish said there is no staff to add an extra bed even if we pay for it. It was very disappointing to hear at 10pm in such a good hotel there is no one to arrange an extra bed. Check in experience was very horrible, they allocated the 2 rooms in separate floors when I specifically mentioned I needed adjacent rooms or rooms in the same floor. And then I had to come back again where one of their managers who was relaxing all this time came and got this done. disappointing experience. Hotel was very nice, the surroundings were very good, definitely need more attentive and trained staff who can think of customer experience.

The city view from the hotel room, with the lake view is priceless. It's ±30 minutes from the train station, Kunshan South Railway Station.
Couldn't hear the train passing when we in our room. Honestly, I couldn't have never asked for a gateway in nature; yet Closeto the city. Went down town for dinner at a German restaurant and drinks at a bar. Spoke English and I made a new friend, he is sooooo cute, 🐕

Exceptional weekend outside of Shanghai, and its just a subway stop (Guangming Road, Line 11) and a short cab ride away. A good chunk of the wetlands is in the hotel vicinity, a good walk or bike ride can still be done by anyone. Yes, there's a railway system nearby, and the trains do get loud when they pass, but not a deal breaker. Buffet dinner was good, buffet breakfast was ok. Most cost effective trip I've taken for a long time. Much thanks to George for his awesome service.

房間挺大的，衞生條件和設施很好，周邊環境也挺好的。酒店在天福國家濕地公園內部，生態環境很好，有很多鳥類可以觀賞，空氣很清新，在公園內散步騎車也很愜意。前台Eleven服務也很熱情周到，酒店還有小機器人可以送物品和外賣，入住總體非常滿意。
