這裏總體給我世外桃源的感覺！澱山湖的落日就在眼前，非常美；別墅裏放滿了可能是別墅主人孩子的畫作，有鋼琴有秋千也有很多藏書供消遣，更別説還有可愛美麗的小動物 和豐盛的果樹，可惜這次沒遇見小鹿，據説它的行蹤自由自在。我朋友可能更在意硬件設施本身，房間設施確實有些老舊，衞生間有的門壞了如果能修一下，以及毛巾等衞生情況能提升一下就完美了。如果在附近遊玩，比如澱山湖或者朱家角遊玩，對於預算有限的遊客是非常好的選擇，而且所有管家都是笑嘻嘻很隨和熱情，並能解決問題的

小哥哥小姐姐們都很有禮貌，主動問好詢問休息的是否安好，親子的活動設施不是很多，還在建設的緣故吧。中式早餐有點簡單，房間比較乾淨的，總體比較清凈，享受獨處時光是不錯的選擇。

姐姐服務超級好，晚上凌晨2點到的打電話馬上就給開了大門，去上海出差的路上，高速開的困的不行，臨時訂了個房間休息，沒想到給我的一個超級大的驚喜，酒店是一個超級大的莊園，配套設施齊全，環境相當的好，白天看的相當漂亮，拍照很出片。還有好幾棟樓都是整租的，適合大型會議。10分鐘到朱家角景區，旁邊就是定山湖。

衞生間今天早上一早上都是尿騷味和臭味。窗簾後下方發黴，把香薰拿出去閉窗就會聞到發黴的味道。一個老阿姨服務態度很差，攜程送我的早餐，我一般酒店早餐吃的不多，生理期不舒服這邊附近沒有賣吃的、就想去看看早餐有沒有玉米煮雞蛋啥的，老阿姨很不屑一顧地説你不是你吃早餐嗎？首先我定的套餐裏面有早餐，我一般不吃，但是不代表我不能去挑裏面我可以吃的。態度真差。我進去桌子上面有別人用過的紙巾，就放在桌子上，陽台門鎖是壞的，説是等師傅上班維修，結果住進來又説等我走了再維修。
