The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.
