Hotel building is combined with several other hotels, this hotel is only on one floor i think. I’m surprised by how clean & spacious the hotel is, theres even smart system. The staff is also helpful whenever we need anything. It’s close to the railway station, we had no problem dragging our big luggages & walking to the railway station at 6am it’s around 10-15minutes walk depending on your pace.

This hotel experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, and the facilities were all available and in working order. The bedding was soft and gave me a good night's sleep. The service staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and they responded and solved efficiently whether it was checking in or making various requests. The hotel is also in a great location, with convenient transportation and rich dining and entertainment options. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the sound insulation was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone, it's definitely worth staying!

The key value of the hotel is location, right next door to the station. You can't be much closer really... I stayed in one of the budget rooms with no window, which was a bit depressing, but I knew that I have to get up very early so no complain about that. What annoyed me though is that most of the clientele were travelers coming late, leaving early, who couldn't care less about fellow guests. Some were shouting, singing, slamming doors even at 2 am, just to start it again at 5am...

The girl at the front desk is very attentive. The bed is very comfortable. The only pillow I am satisfied with during this trip to Yunnan and Guizhou. I have high requirements for pillows. It is too high and too soft for me. I am not used to it and it is difficult to fall asleep. Fortunately, the height of the pillow here is OK for me, whether it is soft or hard. It's very clean and close to where you want to go. Except for the Botanical Garden, Dounan and the Provincial Museum, which are a bit far away, other places are about a dozen yuan, especially close to Donghua and Zuanxin Market. It's a motorcycle-friendly city. . Why did I have to stay in Kunming for ten and a half days when I came to this city, so leisurely and comfortable. The room was very clean, no pictures were taken, and there was a big bouquet of roses.

The originally scheduled homestay was in the family building in Haiou Courtyard, but no one answered the phone, and the family building that looked like a ghost building made us give up. The little brother at the front desk of Seagull was very patient and arranged two rooms next to each other for us. It's not expensive, but it's a bit cold. Because there is heating in the Northeast, I'm not used to coming here. The waiter helped us find an electric blanket. The condition is average, but it can meet the basic requirements. Cuihu Park is at the door, it is convenient to eat and drink, there is an internal parking lot, and parking is free, it is recommended!

Great place to stay in Kunming, fantastic view, very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The entrance is not so easy to find, you need to go to the reception on the 19th floor first. But people were very friendly and helpful. Metro station is 2 mins walk, easy to reach the railway station and all points of interest in Kunming.

The room has a water heater, 24h hot water is real ✓. There is no air conditioning, the windows are too small and stuffy, and there are electric fans. The socket location and bed design are unreasonable. Other facilities are basically OK, the snack street downstairs is very convenient, the room provides two bottles of free mineral water.
