It is close to the subway station, so transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, the facilities in the room are a little old and there is noise between floors. There are several small hotels in the high-rise building, so the elevator waiting time is also long.

Such a great spot. We had such a comfortable time here. It is very clean and the view is amazing!

This place is really comfort and the amenity you get all include can wash cloth. In future i will book again if travel to kunming

Happy to stay here. Staff is helpful and super friendly. Close to shopping mall, conv store and easy to find.

Near guandu ancient town. Connected to the malls and easy to access there.

We stayed for one night only. It was a pleasant stay. The place was a lil bit hard to find at first but we managed to find it. The reception is at 7th floor of the building. Need to provide 100yuan deposit. I paid the deposit via alipay and got refunded the same way. The receptionist couldnt speak english so need to use translation app. Overall the unit was nice.

Although this hotel is near a metro station its actually not a convenient location. The Shopping Centre next door is not doing well and mainly has vacant shops. I used a lot of Didi to travel to the main tourist sites and Kunming is quite congested, so it took a while to get anywhere. If you visit Kunming, I recommend hiring a car. The bedroom is upstairs, but the air-conditioner is downstairs. It was quite hot at night. The view is good and nice floor to ceiling windows. There's a washing machine which is very convenient but no fridge. I was able to use the fridge in reception but that was a different level and the waiting for the lift added extra time and frustration. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The price is almost unbeatable. place was Not crazy Clean but Overall IT was fine..cleaning staff could oa a Bit more Attention to Details..

Picture and real life totally different. Very old room not recommended too stay. Not worth the price can stay better place

As a foreigners is good that they accept non China tourists and able to communicate with through wechat. As not familiar with the area, the apartment is quite to find.

Facilities and services were good

Very big room and has everything you need during the stay. The hotel right next to the shopping mall and easy access to the metro.
