Building very old , damaged and bad. Facility felt bad including very old elevator and swimming pool. Queen bedroom very old and damaged shower tool head. Breakfast quite OK overall.

Pictures from the site during the booking are totally different in reality - outcome disappointed.
Breakfast selection is limited and didn’t have enough 😮💨

Great spot but lacks cleanliness and breakfast was a mess

I had stayed that the Quality Inn & Suites and regard it as a jewel in Niagara Falls.  I regard the price for the accommodation to be reasonable, all the amenities were in working order, and the room was clean plus is conveniently located near Clifton Hill.  I truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided with my accommodation which had a generous variety of items to select.  As HOOTERS is located in the same structure as Quality Inn & Suites, I easily went to my room after dining at HOOTERS without the worry of travel.  Overall, the quality time I spent at Quality Inn & Suites was sweet.

I think 3/5 is generous but giving what I paid for the night it was ok. After reading the reviews I was horrified to arrive but upon arrival it wasn’t as bad as I suspected. Lobby was small and across from the breakfast area . Pool Was down a long hallway looked ok at best hot tub non existent. Our room was ok but some things were not great . Dirty chair . Some garbage behind a chair. Shower had broken ring at the top. For some reason tv fridge unplugged and had to take some time to set up the tv. Is the hotel nice no. But if you need a room for the night at a good value it does the job beds were clean and decent tv fridge and a/c worked and . I say 2.5/5 is a more fair score . Needs some work but it’s ok for a night I’ve stayed in worse

Dated and tired hotel.   Pro points: Part of the floor had been replaced with wood look laminate. There was a new vanity and sink in the bathroom. A/C worked well.  Free breakfast was nice although keeping the eggs and hash browns covered would be a good idea to keep them warm. Overall there was plenty to choose from and coffee was good.  Cons: Rest of bathroom was dated and tired. Tub drain was horribly rusted!  Toilet was best described as low rider.  Perfect height for short people or children.   Location was ok. Definitely a walk to the falls and ****** but that part we didn’t mind.
