I booked two executive king-size rooms for February 11 several days in advance. On the afternoon of that day, someone from the hotel called to ask what time I would arrive. I looked at the floor layout and found that our two rooms were the second to last rooms on the side, and the rooms were slanted. I looked at the room layout at the front desk and basically the whole floor was executive rooms, but they arranged us with a non-square layout. This hotel is too much! ! Finally, they told me that they upgraded my room and that the food in the room was free. I went into the room and saw that the layout was the same as that shown on the platform! I looked at the floor plan at the front desk on the first floor. There were two sheets of paper for the 19th and 20th floors. These two rows were all executive, and only 2-4 individual rooms were superior. The front desk said that each floor was the same! At first, I was given 2319 and 2320. Because 2320 was right next to each other, I went down to change. Later, they gave me two rooms right next to each other. I went down to change again, but they insisted that there was no room. Later, I found that my current 2312 and 2319 were in the same row, with only 4 rooms in between. I said at the time that they didn’t need to be next to each other, but it would be fine if they separated a few rooms in the same row, but they insisted that there was no room! This is all evidence! I was surprised! The executive room I booked was not the lowest grade, and secondly, I arrived at the store at 7:30, which was still early. Why did they have to give us the room right next to each other? ! They said that all the rooms were fully booked, but even if they were fully booked, not all of them had checked in! ! I don’t understand why the front desk treated Ctrip customers this way? ! This is the first time I have met such a person! ! When I first came in to apply, they recommended us to apply for hotel membership. I said no, saying that hotel membership is cheaper than Ctrip Platinum. After I refused, they asked me to buy 32 breakfast coupons for more than 200 yuan. I asked if it can be used wherever I book a room. They said yes. Later, I said forget it because I can't get up in the morning. They recommended us for a while. I asked how to use the coupons after booking a room. They said that I can just check it. Doesn't this mean that I still have to place an order from the Atour mini program? I seriously suspect that it is because I don't apply for membership and don't buy breakfast coupons. The front desk has a problem with me and deliberately gives me the next room. I guess they don't arrange it together. This kind of service is the first time I have seen it! I have stayed in Atour so many times, it's really eye-opening! Yesterday, I refunded today's room because of this matter, and re-booked another Atour in the center of Kunming. You can come to the market to see what the attitude of the front desk service here is like, and see how they communicate with customers. Really, it's a world of difference! ! After we came to the store today, they also recommended us to place an order from the store. After we refused once, they didn't say anything. Then we were given breakfast for two rooms. We also gave the children slippers, toothbrushes and small gifts. Look at you again, what have you done? ? By the way, you said yesterday that you would give us breakfast. To be honest, this kind of compensation is useless. The broken mirror cannot be restored to its original state, and we did not eat breakfast. If you don’t believe it, you can check the dining records of the restaurant on the morning of 2.12.2024! I want to say that you should leave a line for others and be kind! Finally, I suggest that the leadership of the hotel should know more about the conduct and work attitude of the employees. There are about 20 Yaduo hotels in Kunming. You should go and see how others serve! The front desk with a very bad attitude and nonsense who insisted on giving us the top room, you can check the surveillance yourself. We entered the store at about 7:30 pm and changed rooms at the front desk for the second time at 7:40.
