Very close to a big road so if you get a room in thwt side is a bit noisy. The room though was perfect, very big and comfortable.

The only problem with this hotel is it doesn’t have non-smoking rooms.
Location is good. Just outside the metro.

Very good location,subway just next to hotel. Staffs are very friendly,room is vey clean. If I will visit kunming again, I will stay here.

Absolutely terrible. The room is dated. The soundproofing is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely poor! The window looks directly onto the main road! The worst part is, the window is broken and can't be closed. It's outrageous! You can hear the noises from downstairs clearly. It's outrageous!
