Regarding room cleanliness, every toilet is disinfected and cleaned with 84 cleaning solution and white vinegar. We will now implement a "multi-person re-inspection" system for each room to ensure every detail is carefully considered. Regarding the issue of cleaning carts blocking the aisle, we have strengthened employee training and clearly require that cleaning carts be parked in designated areas that do not obstruct traffic. We have also assigned dedicated personnel to patrol the aisles to avoid further inconvenience to guests.
