I booked a business room, but the guy at the front desk repeatedly said there was no window and added 69 yuan. The room felt the same, but the processing speed was slow. After upgrading to the best superior room, it was near the window and the road was very noisy.

Facilities: The room is very small, without windows, and the air conditioner is very noisy. The room is equipped with a useless wardrobe (very small, can't even be closed to hang clothes), a TV cabinet very close to the bed, which makes it very crowded, and a very small TV. Overall, there are a lot of useless things and designs, just for the sake of having them, without considering practicality and customer feelings. The towel bar in the bathroom was designed to be very narrow, so I couldn't hang the bath towel on it three times. I had to push it in very hard to prevent it from falling off. Below the towel bar was the toilet and trash can. I fell off the bar three times and touched the toilet and trash can three times. There were also towels and bath towels with threads all around the edges (I was going to take a photo but forgot about it, they were really tattered). It was obvious that they were very old. I really felt that in this case, it would be better not to take a bath, as it would make it dirtier after washing and wiping. As for toiletries, other cheaper B&Bs I stayed in were better than this one. It was a shower gel and shampoo all in one, and you had to squeeze it out by hand, which was really inconvenient and of poor quality. All in all, apart from the advantage of being close to Tongdejin, there is no other advantage. I will not come again.

The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and the hygiene is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. Basically, all requests within their business scope will be met immediately. It can be said that it was a very satisfactory experience.
