此套民宿位置好，吃飯出行都很方便，民宿房間整潔乾淨，硬件配備齊全。有待提高的地方：1.衞生間水籠頭和淋浴頭都壞了。2.兩個床頭燈壞了。3.陽台上曬滿了布草，影響客人的衣物涼曬，我們連住四天，衣服衹涼在房間裏。4.老闆與保潔工溝通不到位，我們連住四天，房間裏衹放了一天的牙刷，瓶裝水也沒有，讓多放些拉圾袋也沒放（因入住期間不打掃），後與老闆再次溝通，保潔工衹補放了三天牙刷，拉圾袋還是沒放。

特別特別好，小區環境優美，房間裝修很有設計感很温馨，床品是我住過最舒服最軟和的，睡眠都變好了。位置特別方便，樓下就有小吃街沃爾瑪，走路幾分鐘就可以到地鐵站。簡直太完美了，強烈推薦，有機會再來昆明還會住這家，也會推薦身邊朋友入住的
