The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

A very old hotel, very small TV (guess is a 21') given the room size ration. Light switches are not centralised, need to walk around the whole room to off all lights. Requested for high floor in reservation but was assigned lower. Was woken up by car horns around 7+am, requested for higher floor room the next day but given a 'roll eye' attitude. Disappoitment for a Grand Park group.

Great location near the city centre. The staff are very helpful with queries. The gym is quite small but for a hotel gym is better than many others since it has a pool as well. Considering it's a 5 star hotel it does feel a little old but the rooms are spacious and is very clean. Would recommend.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

We loved our stay at the hotel! Below a few reasons why we highly recommend it if you want to explore Kunming as a tourist: - The hotel was great, in the heart of Kunming (ideal if you want to explore the city and get around!) - Breakast was delicious and with lot of variety from which to choose -The staff at the reception has always been available and highly helpful to support us averyday, as we did not speak chinese. I chose to stay at the R&F Wanda Hotel Kunming on a business trip. This hotel is really good. It is surrounded by a commercial street, which is convenient for business and shopping. The hotel facilities and equipment are also very good. The breakfast is very rich. I am especially grateful to the front desk Xiao Xiong. I am very satisfied with the efficient service.

We booked a tatami room with children. The bed was big, the room was separated into wet and dry areas, and it was very clean. The check-in front desk also gave children toiletries and a beverage package for Chinese New Year stay. The hotel breakfast was also good. The hotel is not far from the subway station. There are shared bicycles around, and it is very close to Nanping Old Street for dining. Overall, we were very satisfied and we stayed for another night.
