"Portnovi Resort is a really great resort. The first impression was really great. A guy whose name is Dejan met us in the garage and kindly escorted us to the reception where we checked in. After that, the same guy showed us the whole complex in a buggy and kindly answered our questions. Later, he helped us with our luggage and hosted us in our room, and after that he further explained to us what we have in the room, and how the whole resort works, as well as what we have included in our price. To be praised! As for the resort, everything is clean and tidy, which is another big plus. The food is really good and tasty. The resort is located in an excellent location, not far from Tivat airport. It's quiet overnight. What I would also like to mention is that everything is well organized. Super trip for every recommendation!"

"Beautiful location, but the service doesn't live up to the One&Only standard. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot, and the grounds are pleasant, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of what we've come to expect from the One&Only brand. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous basic issues. At breakfast, waiters repeatedly brought dishes and drinks to our table that we hadn't ordered, and one staff member even made an inappropriate comment about us having 'ordered too much.' Service at the beach was very poor: staff often stood around in groups, chatting amongst themselves or looking at their phones, while guests had to call out multiple times just to order water or food. There were also concerns about the quality of the beachside food: the fruit initially served was stale and unappetizing, the salad was oversalted, and the tuna was overcooked. Although the fruit was later replaced, situations like these shouldn't happen at a hotel of this caliber. In our room, the bed was made up of two mattresses with a noticeable gap in the middle, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The condition of the beach restroom behind the restaurant was particularly disappointing: an unpleasant odor, dirty floors, and a general sense that it wasn't regularly cleaned. The hotel team responded to our complaints and apologized, but during our stay, it became clear that these problems were systemic across various areas of the hotel. One&Only in other countries has always been synonymous for us with high levels of service, attention to detail, and comfort. Here, unfortunately, the service was far from the expected standard of a five-star luxury hotel. The hotel has great potential, but currently, the quality of service needs significant improvement."

"Hotel is relatively new so very modern and clean, great views all round. Unfortunately the hotel location is in a quiet area taxis are few and fair between and buses not frequent and there are limited amenities, apart from a supermarket. If I had to book again I would book in a busier area like tivat also all bar a few the staff seem blunt, we landed late at night so no food was available, the night reception took our passports and left them in an area behind rhe desk which was not locked and easily accessible also upon checkout there is no luggage storage it is just piled up at reception for anyone to take. A few improvements would really make this place top notch. Namely the all inclusive food is bland and repetitive a couple of on site restaurants would be nice also some out of hours food and maybe the hotels own shuttle service."
