Stayed in this hotel during October 5-12th, 2025 with my wife. That's the end of the high season in Montenegro but the weather was still quite nice reaching 21-23°C except for the day of arrival which was pretty cold and cloudy. The photos were taken upon arrival, therefore, the colors might seem a bit misleading. We had an all-inclusive package with a Deluxe sea-view room. Despite arriving early (around 9 AM), we got the room instantly which was not the case for those having standard rooms. ROOM Room was OK - nothing too fancy. I liked the use of natural oak (mainly in the bathroom) wood, however, the combination of oak and cheap-looking ceramic tiles looked a bit weird. Room was very clean initially but here strange part goes - nobody cleaned it during the whole week!!! The lady from the room service was visiting every morning but she only made the bed, took the trash out and changed the towels from time to time. She NEVER CLEANED ANYTHING. I travel abroad quite a lot, but this has never happened to me before, totally unexpected from a 4-star hotel. This was also the first time I did not leave any tip for such poor service. PRIVATE BEACH No complaints there - clean water, quality sunbeds. The beach was pretty empty during our stay. Beach bar was closed all the time. Probably because of the season. FOOD Here comes the second letdown. I am really not picky when it comes to food but there was something very off. Some dishes were very salty, the others were undersalted, overcooked. The fish was almost uneatable. Even the grilled salmon... How is it even possible to spoil the salmon? Luckily, I had the chance to experience well-prepared fish during the boat tour. ALCOHOLIC DRINKS All-inclusive package included alcohol such as self-service tap beer, tap wine and some stronger drinks including coctails which were all served in the main restaurant the whole day. The quality of the cocktails was quite OK but also very inconsistent, depending on the barman working at the time. COFFEE I think it is worth mentioning the coffee because there was no coffee :D Well, they had some big self-service coffee machines but those were serving the instant coffee... Real coffee was probably available in the lobby bar for extra cost but I did not try it. CAR RENTAL very hassle-free service starting at 55 EUR/day for Toyota Yarris. No credit card or deposit needed. Very simple and convenient - you pick up the car from the garage located in the same building and return it to the same garage in the evening. FRENCH TOURISTS The main clientele of the hotel consists of French pensioners, which isn’t a bad thing— they’re cheerful and polite. Much better than, for example, russians. However, it’s a bit disappointing that all the entertainment and services are geared toward the French. For example, the musical evenings held in the evenings are conducted only in French, as the hotel’s animators are probably French. At least, that’s what I understoo
