A superb hotel in a prime location. The rooms are modernly furnished. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We absolutely disagree with the poor reviews regarding the food. The selection is very varied, and we enjoyed it.
The only thing that bothered us was that loungers on the beach are only available from June 1st. We were told this upon inquiry; perhaps this should also be mentioned in the hotel description. They should react more quickly, because with glorious sunshine and lots of guests, it can be confusing.
A little tip... If you don't necessarily want to lie on the rocks, simply take the patio chairs down to the beach.

This is a very average budget hotel where cost-cutting is noticeable in every aspect. Pros: • The hotel is modern and visually appealing. • Rooms are spacious and offer a stunning view from the window. • The staff are polite and friendly. • The location was very good, close to the Porto Novi, where there are some wonderful cafés. Cons: • The food is always cold. There’s a microwave available, but it stopped working after a few days. • Drinks are of very low quality – cocktails come from a machine, usually warm, and they seem to be stingy with the ice. • While the staff are kind, there are clearly too few of them. One person is often doing several jobs at once. • A €20 deposit is required for beach towels, and you’re not allowed to change them daily. As a result, you end up lying on dirty towels. • There were no activities for children at all, except for a small plastic slide placed on the rocky beach. The children’s playroom was indoors in a windowless room, which did not feel welcoming or suitable for kids. Overall, it’s a modern-looking hotel with some potential, but the excessive cost-saving really affects the experience. Would not return.

This was our second stay at Hotel Kumbor, running a bridge holiday. All the staff are very helpful and the management team responded very quickly and efficiently to our requests to give our group a comfortable stay. There is a wide choice at all meal times, including local dishes and the quality of the food has improved from last year. There were plenty of sunbeds provided on the beach, so no need to put towels out early in the morning. The entertainment team provided a choice of activities during the day, such as petanque and zumba, which some of our group enjoyed. We look forward to returning next year.

Bonjour, je reviens d’un séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très beau, moderne, les chambres très belles et design ce qui est assez rare dans les hôtels à l’étranger. La nourriture est bonne dans l’ensemble, les pâtisseries pas top seul point négatif et peut être mettre des glaces au moins le midi ou au goûter …. Dommage vraiment que l’on ne puisse pas prendre des amuses bouches ou le goûter et aller sur la terrasse c’est assez stricte… pareil pour le bar uniquement à l’intérieur vraiment pas pratique dommage! Les animateurs très bien avec les moyens qu’ils ont beaux spectacles! Je suis habituée des clubs et plus d’animation dehors et autour de la piscine serait mieux! Les excursions avec l’hôtel sont bien 👍 les piscines sont bien dommage qu’elles ne soient pas chauffées dehors, la plage très belle l’eau magnifique les transats ont été installés pendant notre séjour donc bien. Le petit centre portonovi à côté sympa pour une balade en pied. En revanche concernant notre chambre très belle mais très déçue car au premier et donnant sur les travaux avec bruits des 7h du mat 7J/7 avec un enfant en bas âge + bruit du resto chaises parfois en pleine nuit :-( on ne s’est pas beaucoup reposes et nous avons été déçus sur ce point là…. Sinon tres belles vacances et bel hôtel 👍 animation top je recommande

Excellentes prestations. Aucun reproche. Restauration au top: des plats nationaux, internationaux variés toujours différents jour après jour et .... EXCELLENTS. Un petit plus très sympa : le jour de l'anniversaire de mon épouse, un plateau de fruits et un courrier l'attendait dans la chambre. Nous y étions via FRAM, les animations de l'hôtel, les excursions proposées. et les animations de FRAM sont d'un excellent niveau. Quant aux animateurs : parmi les meilleurs. Juste un petit bémol: les cocktails (à volonté) sont un peu chiche en alcool, mais très bons. Je recommande
