Resort is at remote location for shoping or restirents. You will need a taxi ride to anywhere around. Food & service is 4 star, good holiday place for relaxing time. No alochole served at the resort, but staff was very helpful to direct us for the local shop.

Extremely Disappointing Resort Experience This is by far the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. The only thing they seem good at is misleading guests with poor excuses. We had planned our day around the complimentary boating activity offered by the hotel. As instructed by their staff, we arrived promptly at 5:30 PM, only to be told that the tour was cancelled due to “bad weather.” The actual weather? Just cloudy skies, 28°C temperature, and 12 kph wind — clearly not extreme by any standard. It quickly became apparent that the staff used this as a convenient excuse to cancel the ride. Food: Very limited options for both breakfast and dinner. The taste was below average, and the à la carte menu was absurdly overpriced — a simple Sprite that costs ₹40 was billed at around ₹160 including taxes, which is more expensive than what you'd find at a 5-star property. Rooms: Absolutely not worth the high price (₹14k+). Faulty door locks, frequent power outages during the night, a foul smell in the room, mosquito issues, and poor maintenance overall. Service: Poor coordination among staff. You need to call multiple times to get anything done. Swimming Pool: Decent, but nowhere close to how it's portrayed in their YouTube promotions.

Rhythm Kumarakom offers a serene lakeside retreat with stunning views, luxurious rooms, and top-notch hospitality. The beautiful Kerala architecture, peaceful ambiance, and excellent amenities like the pool and spa make for a relaxing getaway. The delicious food, warm staff, and unique experiences like backwater but this time I have missed my cruises experience in the backwater due to weather but the team look forward the safety first for the guest add to its charm.

If we needed water we were given tap water. Not filtered. Had to request it and even toilet rolls. The staff did not volunteer any help unless asked

Excellent staff and services. Food is lovely. Ashna and other staff in the restaurant are kind and welcoming. Hair krishnan and others at the spa are also knowledgeable and professional
