"Even though the price was high, we had a good stay. The resort is calm, we stayed in a Villa with swimming pool. The Villa was very neat. Good maintenance. Hospitality was good. We enjoyed the free boat ride in the evening. Only disadvantage is the food was very pricey. Check in process we had delay. our Resort was now ready when we checked in. Other than that no other complians."

"Rustic back water resort, enjoyed the theme. We stayed 3 nights in 3 meandering pool villas. The villas were comfortable with good facilities and direct access to the longest pool i have ever been. Very friendly staff. Faiyz and Ancy in the restaurant were exceptional, Faiyz made sure we were well taken care off, excellent hospitality. Kavi made sure all our photos were taken, he is a professional photographer indeed, the pottery artist Arun was really good in teaching to make pottery, my family enjoyed his workshop. The front desk staff were excellent in answering all our questions, Vishnu worked really hard to make sure all our luggage were taken care even before we had to ask. Faisal was our butler in the houseboat, he was excellent and took care of all our needs. To end all well, front office manager Mr Rahul and general manager Mr Sajeesh came out introduced themselves and stayed with us until our cab left the property- what an experience, these people are busy running this beautiful property, yet they made sure we were looked after personally that this kind of service you dont find these days even in 4 or 5 diamond hotels. The resort had Excellent facilities that all could enjoy, the backwater and landscapes are unreal, but it is the staff that made the stay memorable- kudos to team at KLR."
