Room and Cleanliness: Room cleanliness was average, and some rooms lacked bedside charging ports, which was quite inconvenient. Some rooms are quite far away, but thankfully, the hotel shuttle is accessible.
Environment: I personally think the natural scenery is beautiful, the water is clear, and the beach is relatively clean, but the man-made features are generally poorly maintained.
Service: The service wasn't great, and I'd say it's quite poor for a hotel of this level. I called customer service one evening to complain about the network issue, but they brushed it off, causing me to use up my data all night.
Facilities: The facilities are decent, but those staying up the hill should be aware that there's no supermarket nearby. The room only had two bottles of mineral water, so I recommend buying some water at the bottom of the hill.
(P.S.: If you're just looking to visit the beach, there's no need to stay at this hotel. You can walk to the platform across from the Sarawak Cultural Village.)

The check in was brief despite the crowd and the attending staff was friendly. Breakfast was crowded but the staff were as helpful ad possible. Despite staying at the hilltop, our wait for shuttle service were brief and the staff were always helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay and our family had fun.
