The service here is really good! Everyone is very friendly, and they even helped me upgrade to a bigger room — so nice of them. 😊
The hotel is currently under renovation, so things are a bit messy, and breakfast is served on the rooftop. The room itself feels a little old, but overall still comfortable.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how amazing the hotel will be once the renovation is completed!

The room itself was very big and spacious line a 5 star hotel but it was looking rather worn and dull aesthetically speaking . Perhaps because it is before renovation. Currently there is a renovation and some parts of the hotel are already complete, im sure guests would love it at that time. The service was pretty good though.

Overall okay for Kuching just the hotel need to refurbish and upgrade. Aircond in the room not really cool when the weather is hot there. Location wise super convenient and suitable for business travel purpose.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff were friendly and polite, which made the experience pleasant. However, the amenities provided were quite limited. As the hotel is still under renovation, mornings can sometimes be disturbed by construction noise.
The waiting area near the lift to the car park could use some improvement as the lighting is rather harsh and uncomfortable. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if complimentary parking were provided for hotel guests.

Renovation works were ongoing during my stay, and the room was full of dust. We only found out upon arrival that the swimming pool was closed. Corners of the room were covered with hair, and even after requesting a room change, the new room had the same issue.
Many facilities are old and poorly maintained. There were spiders on the walls and countless tiny mites crawling around. For the price of a five-star hotel, it honestly felt like a one-star experience.
The only two things I found acceptable were the relatively comfortable bed and the nice view from the window.
It was my first time booking a five-star hotel, hoping to enjoy a relaxing stay — instead, I ended up cleaning the room myself. Absolutely disappointing!

The room feels a bit old, although it’s spacious. The newly renovated rooms will only be available from October 2025 onwards. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, but the lobby has already been nicely completed.

The hotel was under major renovation during my stay, so the first day check-in was at level 21. It was a bit confusing at first since my Grab driver dropped me at the side entrance, I had to go through the mall, carry my heavy luggage up one flight of stairs, and then take the lift to level 21.
By the next day, the new main lobby was open, and I must say it looks very modern and welcoming! There was still a slight smell lingering and, strangely, quite a lot of flies around, but overall it’s a big improvement.
The room itself felt a little old and dated. The corridor had a mild moldy smell, and while the room was generally clean, there was some dust in the corners. Hopefully, room renovations will follow soon.
The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person I encountered was attentive, helpful, and easygoing, just like the wonderful local people I met in Kuching. With updated rooms to match their excellent service, this place would be perfect.
