My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours.
Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay.

everything about this hotel is the best except for the on going construction..
from the spacious room, friendly staffs and amazing view facing Kuching Waterfront.
it is a 10 minute walk towards Kuching Waterfront.

On going renovations until August 2025. Our room was being upgraded to Executive Suite. Layout almost the same just spacious. Good selection of breakfast as well. They have bread/pastry spreads, noodle, omelette, asian, cereals, few juices and coffee machine. They need to improve the water pressure, not sure it was due to the renovation.
One thing that I would like to highlight would be their services and the staffs hospitality! Definitely will return again but after their renovation completed.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Worst 5 star hotel ever. First of all during booking, they did not mention that they are under major renovation. Yet they charge you are normal price without….swimming pool, a proper gym. A proper lobby and dining. The temporary gym is a joke as there is no towels, water cups, no gym mat and the equipment are all very dirty. You need to wash your hands after exercising as they will be black by then. As for the bathroom,… imagine no hot water for more than one day! Access to the mall is they a dark flight of stairs which is meant for emergency exit. And renovation starts at 8am in the morning and house keeping wants to clean your room at 8am too. Trip should have told me that they are under renovation. Felt cheated by Trip.
