The apartment is acceptable, but needs to add gas cylinder or electricity stove, fix the toilet water tap and spray cockroach in toilet.

During my business trip to Kuantan on August 7-8, 2023, I stayed at Timurbay Aseafront. The waterfront location provided a serene escape. The well-equipped room, accommodating staff, and stunning sea view during sunrise and sunset were highlights. The hotel's amenities and proximity to attractions made my stay convenient and relaxing. Strategic location. Good accomodation for family which they can enjoy the beach area nearby the service apartment. Easy to get the food from restaurant nearby.

DO not book here, this property is not as described. It's old and shabby and is not a hotel property, it's a condo that is outdated.

Pleasant stay but need to improve check in process
After i booked the room, there's no information on how to check in. After i reached the place only I'm told need qr code to go in. There's also no contact no given. Luckily the security guard passed me the contact no to contact the person in charge.
Overall the stay is pleasant.
