"This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The hotel has absolutely no soundproofing, and the windows feel as thin as paper. Despite not being a light sleeper, I was kept awake by illegal street racing right outside from 11 PM until 3–4 AM. The noise was relentless, and sleep was impossible. I had to work the next day, and the lack of rest completely ruined my performance. After just one night, I checked out even though I had booked three nights, forfeiting the remaining two. The experience was unbearable. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value rest or need to be productive. It is horrible, horrible, horrible."

For the RM199 rate, this property offers excellent value and is a great choice for families or budget-conscious travelers looking for a relaxing beachside stay. One of the standout features is the three swimming pools, which cater well to guests of all ages and help prevent overcrowding even during busy periods. The beach is also just a short walk away and is clean, well maintained, and perfect for a leisurely stroll or family outing. The room was comfortable and decent, though not particularly luxurious—which is perfectly reasonable considering the affordable price point of under RM200. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection and satisfying quality that exceeded expectations. The only drawback was the parking situation. If you arrive late at night, finding an available parking spot can be quite challenging. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly stay with great amenities, convenient beach access, and solid overall value for money."

"We came here celebration of mom's 71st birthday. First of all, staff Bridget (check in) & Arun (bellboy) were wonderful. The rooms were lovely (we requested & got connecting). The amenities & service all around excellent. And what I loved most is the location - beachfront with gorgeous beach & sea at Teluk Cempedak & just next to shops / eateries. Do try out Overnight's Cafe by Simple Good Station (just after McDonald's). Walk on the beach from Hyatt ! So YES I'll most definitely return & recommend."

There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix"

"The accommodation was okay, but parking was a hassle. Maybe an Axia could fit in the parking bay, but if you have a car like the one in my second picture, you definitely won't be able to park there because then how would that car get out? There's another parking bay in front of it, which seems a bit odd for their management. I had to pay RM30 a day for valet parking. Mineral water, coffee, and tea were not provided."

"Pros: - The hotel is clean - The villa was surrounded by greenery, and surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes at night - Each room has a dedicated parking spot (though there was some confusion upon arrival, we have to park at public parking first then after check in only move to the reserved parking. ) - Water park looks good Cons: - Facilities are very old - Bed springs were noticeable and uncomfortable. - Bathtub had visible cracks. - Showerhead and towel bar were rusty. - Beach area had overgrown grass. - Breakfast staff were unfriendly. - Food was average."
