The breakfast is very delicious 😋 Although is abit old style but the room is very clean.

I always like to stay in shangri-La Hotel. This hotel makes you feel home and comfortable in anywhere. Breakfast was good with a variety of spread which was something we ill look forward to every morning. This hotel is located within the BB area and is very convenient to go anywhere. The free shuttle bus within the BB area is a plus although I didn't get to use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Shangri-La Hotel in KL. Thank you very much.

The service of the reception is quite packed always so be early to check out. We have booked the twin room but given a king room and is lower quality room then my friend. The pillow too soft The rest of the hotel amenities is ok and not really impressive as compared to other 5 star hotel in Bintang I have stayed with same price range have lounge and breakfast benefits

Very good location, a walk distance from Bukit Bitang. Nice room and good breakfast.

Busy hotel, waited 10-15 mins to check in, staff is friendly service is 5 star standard! Room only have one bathrobe, would like to suggest maybe hair dryer can chrg a new model, spent 15 mins for drying long hair! Breakfast buffet is great, service is attentive

Our first time staying at this hotel was in 1994 and we had the honour to stay here again after a span of 30 years.The hotel still look so elegant and room very well maintained with upgraded TV. Breakfast was so sumptuous with many varieties.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location in the city and overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely come back!

Breakfast is good. Location is good too. I came here because of the cold and hot whirlpool and sauna facilities you can use after a gym session, the facilities were awesome.

Decor is old but well maintained. Generally good service except for the shuttle bus driver who were impatient when we decided to get off at a later stop, even though that was a scheduled stop. I would have appreciated pick up from the various stops instead of a one way shuttle from hotel only. Away from the massive jam of bt bintang but the weather is too hot and the route unsheltered to walk to the main shopping areas.

The stay was what you’d usually expect from Shangri La. Always nice, comfortable and accommodating. Breakfast had many choices but i found myself eating pretty much the same everyday. The ice cream was an added plus to the experience though. Ice cream for breakfast was amazing. The room was refreshed regularly and they even did turn down service on our beds with bookmarks every night. Was a very nice addition. Really enjoyed my stay. Had lunch and dinner in the lobby restaurant and lunch and drinks by the pool. Was what we have cone to expect from Shangri La except we did not have complimentary mini bar at this location.

The room was nice and breakfast was good. But the housekeeping and laundry staff were a bit of an issue. They knocked really loudly and came into the room without waiting. I was asleep and didn’t hear the bell, and even though I asked for things to be left outside, the laundry staff didn’t follow that. It felt uncomfortable having someone enter the room like that

Room is fine but lavatory basin is small. However, breakfast is superb.

breakfast superb! air conditioner works well in the room! very comfortable & cool! having a good sleep & rest. Very recommended for short gateway!
