必須五分好評，大品牌就是不一樣，這次來吉隆坡選擇麗思卡爾頓酒店真是明智，酒店位置優越去哪裡都方便，主要是服務好，酒店奢華裝修風格獨特，房間乾淨整潔服務很貼心，每天都有服務員過來打掃衞生補水也及時，酒店的泳池也很舒服，下次來吉隆坡還會住這裏。

酒店很豪華，服務絕對一流，就是有點年份設施有點老舊。房間還算大，浴室也很大很漂亮，早餐基本都是東南亞菜系，可能會吃不習慣。酒店離柏威年很近，逛街很方便

第一次來吉隆坡遊玩，就趕上了特朗普也來這，到處都是警察，據説也住在這個酒店，酒店處於一個鬧中取靜的地方，離這裏的大商業區非常近，還有一條有吃有喝的夜市也非常棒，位置絕佳。酒店的工作人員非常熱情，主動上來幫忙拿行李。房間雖不是很大，但是感覺很豪華，房間的衞生也很好，早上打掃完房間後，下午還會進來看一下還有沒有免費提供的水，如果喝了，還會給你補上，服務非常好，不愧是五星級酒店。

The hotel is located in on the golden triangle the business centre of Kuala Lumpur ; the hotel itself is a little bit outdated , but the service is acceptable as the staff is always busy to serve you. Breakfast is good, but the staff in the health club seems nonexistence maybe they’re hiding somewhere watching the TV.

位置：麗思卡爾頓的位置一直都是很優越的，在吉隆坡的市中心，旁邊就是柏威年廣場等好幾個商場，周圍餐廳一大堆，不愁找不到吃的～去雙子塔要走些路，交通也挺方便。
服務：前台服務員好耐心，講解的非常仔細，電梯裏遇到的所有工作人員都很熱情，會主動打招呼，房間也收拾的很乾凈，入住時還會給你一一講解廚房設施。退房那天我們訂的車一直沒來，我們拿着行李站在門口，門口工作人員會幫忙記下車牌然後叫我們坐裏面等，他在外面看着，如果車來了他就進來叫我們，真的做到賓至如歸～
設施：雖然設施有點舊，但這個三室套房真的大啊！足足200多平～小朋友玩起捉迷藏好開心～
餐飲：早餐品種一般，味道還行～

酒店就在Pavillion對面，JW Marriott，Westin都在一起。
酒店內環境很好。房間很大，有衣帽間。洗護用品是Diptique。我們是三人入住，不能加床，但可以把沙發佈置成床。每晚都會開夜床。
工作人員都很熱情，遇到都會問好。

這次旅行，我們先從浮羅交怡的瑞吉酒店換到麗思卡爾頓，回到吉隆坡後又住了這裏。一開始訂的兩間雙人房，前台給升級成了一個套房，這點還不錯。
不過入住體驗有些小問題。到了17樓的房間，一股很濃的雪茄味撲面而來。因為有小朋友要過生日，房間已經佈置好了，我們就沒換房，衹告訴了前台。結果晚上9點多回來，客廳裏還是全是煙味，睡在裏面特別難受，放了吸味的東西也沒用。第二天一早，前台才給我們換成了三人房！
房間是公寓類型的，面積挺大，但感覺比較舊，隔音效果也一般。整體服務水平大概類似國內四星，可能是剛從海島度假酒店過來，感覺落差有點大。
再説説其他方面。早餐因為是假期，人特別多，食物種類感覺有點少。而且早餐區的印度籍員工口音很重，溝通起來需要多些耐心。前台是個國際化的小團隊，有當地人、華人也有印度人。入住時遇到的一位當地小哥就特別熱情友好。但後來因為味道問題去找前台，一位華人面孔的小姐姐明明説會中英文，我跟她講了半天，她卻好像沒在聽，感覺有點沒禮貌。好在大部分員工還是挺熱情的。
酒店的地理位置確實不錯，購物很方便，但是下次感覺不會再住這裏！ 感覺要不然就住公寓，便宜也很方便，不然就新一店的酒店還是好很多
