Location is within walking distance from Masjid Jamek train station. The hotel entrance is right beside McDonald so it is very easy to spot. But if you take PHV like Grab car, the car couldn't stop in front of the hotel for pick up/ drop off. So have to walk a bit further to junction at Guardian. Room is very basic but it's sufficient for a short stay. Before check in, RM50 cash was collected from me for deposit and returned when I showed the receipt during check out.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed.

Good hotel for a solo traveller. All the ameneties were complete and usable. They also provided hair dryer in the room and iron board at the hall way. The rooftop was the most part i really like about this hotel. Is was a small hotel and yet I still enjoyed staying here. The location was so great, near to Masjid Jamek LRT, walkable distance to attraction places like Dataran Merdeka. May consider this hotel again if I travel solo to KL.

My recent stay was excellent! The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The entire building was well-maintained, and I had nothing to complain about. The staff was courteous, and the overall experience was relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Great value for money.

Have good experiences in this place. It’s really easy to go anywhere because the LRT and MRT station is the next of this hotel. And of course this hotel in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. The staff is really helpful and nice, the room boy offering me to clean the room even tough I’m not put the “clean room” sign. The disadvantage is that it’s a bit noisy, because the hotel is next to the train station. Overalls everything is really good. Hopefully I can come here again

I stayed at this hotel recently and had an overall okay experience. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. The room was fairly clean, but I did notice the pillowcase was wrinkled, which gave a slightly unkempt impression. I stayed at Room 415, and the housekeeping staff isn't friendly to me even my girlfriend as well, not well train. One thing that really concerned me was the lack of security during the night. From 11 PM to 6 AM, there was no security staff on duty. When I asked about it, the hotel staff said the security takes a rest during those hours. That was quite worrying, as there would be no one to help if something were to happen during the night. I hope the hotel can consider having security available overnight to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Excellent service

Good for a night stay just for sleep. This hotel is for the backpackers as it is near to lrt masjid jamek. No parking provided. Not suitable for a family.

Excellently located hotel with convenience stores, restaurants, Mcdonald, Kfc, coffe outlets and the mrt line (masjid jamaek Mrt station) so close by. Near Masjid India and Chinatown and Arts Hub. All in walking distance Good staff, clean hotel with good security. Reasonably priced. Key highlight of Big M: Two stops from KL sentral. So you can take speed train from airport and within two stops and a 50m walk you have arrived at the hotel.

Clean and very affordable. Accessible to many tourists places and restaurants. Staffs are very helpful. Will surely visit again on our next vacation plan. Highly recommended.

Great location- just a few walks away from Masjid Jamek's LRT station. Easy to catch those trains to move around the city. Had a pleasant stay, did stumbled upon a tiny hiccups on our last night there. Our door room wasnt able to detect our room key (suddenly wasnt working). Had to go down to the receptionist twice to fix the problem.
