I'd expect more on the 4 starts hotel premier room. The room cleanliness is OK, but the facilities is old. The bathtub is very old school and you won't feel like using it. The water level is not very stable causing the temperature fluctuating. The parking fee is RM5/day with unlimited entrance. The location is superb.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, although there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. Amenities were well provided, and the breakfast was decent. The location is convenient—close to Bukit Jalil and with a nice, simple shopping mall just below the property.

Check in check out process is fast. Room is clean. We book the hotel as it is close to axiata arena for us to go concert there. Hotel is conveniently above a shopping mall. Overall a good experience of stay. Just that the TV is rather too small, seems a 20 years old model.

Hotel location & room was great. It was a bit full during our stay as there are few events over the weekend. Check-in time is strictly at 3pm. Room amenities is completed, comfortable & homey. Enjoyed our stay.

The floor the facilities look slightly old, and assigned to end corner unit. Tried request to change but rejected

Stay is ok for the business traveller. Suggested to add in the fast charging USB port inside the room for our devices charging. Thx

Good location, but traffic can be bad during peak hours. The security of the hotel must be improve as it is just above the shopping mall, and non hotel guest can access to the hotel room floors. The lift from car park to hotel lobby is super slow. If there is an event in the hotel, better take other lift to the car park.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens and plush pillows that made it easy to fall asleep after a long day. The room also had soft, ambient lighting, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The temperature was easy to control, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern, minimalist design that felt both welcoming and calming. Soft color tones and tasteful decor created a peaceful environment, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The room also came with thoughtful amenities like a well-stocked minibar, a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and fast Wi-Fi, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the room was everything I hoped for: spacious, functional, and incredibly cozy. It provided the perfect balance between comfort and practicality, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The room is cozy and big~ directly at the Pearl shopping mall~ can dine and shop around. Breakfast is good too~ recommended for family of 4

I love the location of this hotel, everything is nearby and easy for me. I don't really have to drive out for anything. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. I like that as a hotel guest I am able to use the Anytime Fitness Gym, it's so convenient since it's 24 hours ...seeing as most gym hotel are not allow to operate after a certain time.... Great job👍
