The agent was really helpful and very considerate! Everything was perfect except the floor a bit dusty

d main prob is when agent x properly write process.. agent should write like this…simple: 1st step: Get ur key access fr lobby (waits inside ur car n he will come to u) Step2: Park at RESIDENTS parkg either at B1 till B4 3rd Step:Park n unload all yr items STEP 3: [Most Important] Remember this is not yr apartment/building, you should PRESS LOBBY STEP 4: OUT fr d building and yr appartmt BESIDES d building where ur park ur car STEP 5: at lobby, if ur aoartment start with “C” go to yr right corner and if “D” take on yr left Note: the management office handle by Nepalian (nanmely - Moorthi) they will not entertain you coz you are not PERM RESIDENTS n they will gv u a triple double SOUR FACE

The way of communication is absurd the moment I had booked the room i received a pdf by WhatsApp that mentioned all the prohibitions. Not the way to welcome anybody! Then I have received the request to share my passport via WhatsApp also a big no no! The apartment was big however the tiny ants kept us up all night. The lobby was similar to a marketplace, everyone wondering and talking loud. The pool was small and also overcrowded even at 18:00. Overal the place is not what I would recommend to anyone who travels with children or appreciates structure.

Location is good, but room is a bit dirty with ants walking around, and mold is in bathroom. Only towel provided, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Bed need to change not stable.

Overall was ok.. It just that I have to pay RM40 for 1 day parking fee.. That is rediculous! When I informed host he said "Noted, sorry for the inconvenient caused". But, he shared earlier that 1 day parking fee is only RM20. So???
