Best Kuala Lumpur Hotels

the place is quite hidden , but still it is easy to waze .. plus the location is superb for you to look for food and beverages as everything is so so near to the hotel .. The room is clean and the aircond is good !!

Our 3rd time here but this time we were disappointed with the check in process. We arrived a bit late, almost 10pm. There's no one at the reception 😕 we rang the bell, call the hotel but there's no answer. After 20 minutes, one guy came out of nowhere. Not even a single sorry, he gave us the key and the rest is history 😂 Other than that, this hotel will always be our favourite because near the eatery, also a walking distance to Titiwangsa station (MRT, star LRT and monorail).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur! The convenience of its location near public transport made my trip incredibly smooth. Being able to easily access trains and buses made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breathtaking view of the city skyline from my window was a highlight. I also appreciated the wide range of dining options available nearby. Whether I wanted to savor local delicacies or international cuisine, everything was within easy reach. Overall, this hotel's strategic location, combined with its excellent service and comfortable amenities, made my stay in Kuala Lumpur truly memorable

The hotel is right on the roadside. There are a lot of food and convenience stores around. The front desk can speak Chinese. I'm not sure how far it is from the city center. I didn't go there. It's close to the TBS long-distance bus station. It's very convenient to take a Grab taxi. The room at this price Don't ask for so much. It's just small and old. Don't live in 203, 202, 204, 102, 103, or 104. It's very close to the road. It's hard to sleep at 12 o'clock in the evening. The bunk beds are very short. I'm 165cm tall and sit on the bed. It will hit your head, so you can stay here if you don’t have a budget.

Went there with my family and they gave us a room which are smelly (like real bad) ( the smell of a room that haven’t been used for like years, not only that even the pillow got black spot / fungus. And yes, the ceiling room also got fungus. Then we tried to stay there, but we cant, cause the room smells really annoying. At that point i’m just afraid of my skin breaking out. Then we complained to the receptionist and even she got shocked to see the pillow condition. So she offered us another room, which were better. And yeah ofc we agreed. After moving to another room, around 12 in the midnight, WE WERE WOKEN UP TO THE SOUND OF THE GUEST NEXT DOOR ARGUING. THE COUPLES WERE SHOUTING AND SCREAMING TO EACH OTHER. So we tried to call the reception but no one answered. We almost wanted to call the police lol. Imagine having to hear them shouting in the middle of the night for like 15 minutes. So yeah those were our experience of staying at this hotel 😭🤣 Overall : ⭐️⭐️

Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: safety awareness needs to be improved： On the 56/F, -There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. -The stairs that walks to the outdoor dinning area are quite narrow, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow A number of hardwares are not working properly in the room.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are compact but they have thought of everything with tv, tea and coffee, fridge. The bed was very comfortable with clean high quality bedding. The room and whole hotel were immaculately clean and housekeeping should be commended. It seems that the hotel has been recently renovated and has great communal area on the roof top as well as a fabulous air conditioned gyms with brand new cardio and weight equipment. The location is amazing, literally steps away from Sentral station and huge mall and is surrounded by restaurants both budget and high end. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Great value, highly recommend

i requested for the king bed end up get two bed.already call the fornt office like dont want to entertain!! the front desk tyra shud send her for training how to entertain guest..

Our favourite stay whenever we are in PJ/KL. The apartment is clean, spacious, and quiet always. Thumbs up to the service at the front desk and the cleaning and maintenance crew whenever we need their help.
