The hotel is new and smart. The rooms are big and the service is good. The design style is also what I like. This is the most satisfactory hotel in the entire Nordic trip. The only problem is that the breakfast is not suitable for Chinese people.

The location is not far from the city and very quiet; The attitude of the staff is definitely very good; The hotel rooms are also very good, combining classic and modern styles, and the service is first-class; Everything is good, but the price is not very affordable, but it's a comfortable stay just for fun.

Very dissatisfied with this hotel. The management of this hotel the worst that can be with clients. They don’t know how to work with people. I don’t recommend this hotel!!!! The prices is very high. The hotels location is not good at all. Nothing special about hotel. But the worst is the manager of this hotel

We loved our 2 night stay here and only wished we had more nights! We wanted to be close to the Christmas Market and the location was perfect. It was a very easy walk. Weather was pleasant enough for us to actually walk to everything we wanted to see nearby. We stayed in a Premier Deluxe room and it was luxurious and super spacious. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

A beautiful hotel in a nice neighborhood that’s off the beaten path but still within walking distance from the cathedral, the ferry dock, the water, and market square. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and new, refreshing, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Small touches like a handwritten welcome note, Bulgari toiletries, automated room darkening shades, and luxurious soft beddings made a big sensory impact. The spa/wellness center is the best feature of this hotel and comes complete with a sauna, steam room, plunge pools, relaxation lounge, and separate gender locker rooms. A truly memorable stay. Thumbs up!

It was a real 5 star experience. Guest room was bright and clean, the spa fulfilled expectations (only thing I missed were fresh fruits) and breakfast was great. I was first skeptical about controlling everything in the room (temperature, tv, lights, curtains) with a tablet but it worked suprisingly well and easily. Curtains didnt darken the room completely during the night, but that didnt bother us.

A very nice hotel with the most beautiful rooms. We stayed in a room with a private sauna and it was perfect. Everything in the hotel is to a very high standard and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We would absolutely stay again!!

Such a lovely stay on my birthday! The staff was amazing and all the smallest details were right spot on! My birthday was taken into account several times during our stay and this is something that we are not used to in Finland - Thank you! Room was spacious with lovely details and amneties. Decor of the room was harmonious giving modern luxus feeling. Spa experience was aslo amazing! Every step of the spa experience was relaxing and felt like everything was designed just for you. Followed by fine dining experience in Restaurant Lilja - menu full of suprising tastes with thoughtful service and well decided wine pairing made my day! Breakfast met the expectations of 5 star hotel - table served with top quality products and service. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Beautiful hotel with well designed spacious rooms and all the desired amenities and services. Great location which is near to the desired sites, shopping, and restaurants. Public transportation, which is easy to use, was also in close proximity to the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Staff and concierge were very helpful when needed.

We enjoyed excellent four course fine dining experience at Lilja Restaurant. All was perfect. Thank you. Nice and beautiful setting and ambience as well deco. We recommend newly opened and nicely renovated restaurant and Hotel Maria. Just amazing.

This is a lovely hotel that recently had its grand opening. There are 4 separate buildings, two restaurants and two bars. We had a large deluxe room with lovely linens and towels and a 2 sink bathroom with a separate large bathtub, lighted makeup mirror,and glass enclosed stall shower. Excellent water pressure and good AC. There are lots of outlets both bedside and desk and in bath for all of your electronic devices and all lights, music etc. are controlled by a tablet device in the room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were in building 3 and there are a few steps to enter the buildings. The room also had a sofa for seating, safe, nice sized closet and a few drawers. The room is well lit. The breakfast buffet was good and eggs were made well. My husband had sent his laundry to the hotel laundry and whoever they used did not get stain out of his shirt but I did when we got home….so a wasted laundry bill. We also had lunch outside one day on the terrace and salad and sandwich were good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
