Room was clean, services were good, food can be improved in quality as well as quality for the price, pool was maintained well. Takes 20 min to reach airport with good connectivity.

Floor of the room and the entire washroom were average. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good. Safety and accessibility were good. All the staffs were cordial and helped me with local trabsport

Booked room with breakfast. Npg is 15 min from the airport. Compact room, reasonable indoor facilities. There was a stalking problem with mocks, insults and rude talk at breakfast as though intent to discomfort, hasten and eject from breakfast, and or exacerbate to a confrontation that permitted lean on back implement.

Good service but need to maintain paper rolls in bathrooms, tissues, spoon for mixing tea or coffee. Need to see these important requirements of guest

During my recent stay at the [hotel name, i encountered a series of issues that made the experience truly disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unorganized, with long wait times and unhelpful staff.

Little exaggerated in pics and details. I stayed with my family and we all have the same feeling that the staff's behaviour is not friendly especially the night shift reception staffs. But breakfast was ok. They have an above average pool. Wifi was pathetic, complained many times but no response or they doens't care.

Nice spacious rooms with excellent service and huge area. The in house restaurant was really good
